“I’ve been hacked” ~
I am very sorry D: I know that this is terrible time. Make sure you change your password to your Gaia account and your e-mail to something very safe and hard to guess, and you need check out this. It’ll tell you how and where to file a hacking report. After that it’s time to wait, it takes time for each report to be handled.
“My friend got hackedt” ~
Well I'm really sorry for your friend, and I understand that you care a lot for them. But the user of the account has to deal with the hacking issues. Meaning your friend has to follow all the steps with the hacking report and all that stuff. So read the above question and tell that to your friend.
“I was unfairly warned” ~
You can request that the mod who gave you the warning to get other mods opinions. But if the other mods believe the warning is justified then it’s justified.

Well then, that means you have to fill check out this, but make sure you read all of this, before you do. Remember to be patient and respectful to anyone who might be taking care of this. The mods who handle these put a lot of time and and effort into these. And I'm sorry if they don't agree with you but, after a review if you're still found to have been banned then it is what it is.
“I found a popup asking for my password” ~
Never ever eve to infinity ever fill those out. Gaia dosen't show popups asking for passwords. You can either directly PM a mod, me for example if I'm online, or you can file a phishing report. How can you tell if I'm online or not? look at the little hello kitty's face next to the word luff on here. If hello kitty's eyes are open I'm online, if they're closed I'm off. If I am offline you can find another mod who's online.
“I found someone breaking one of the rules” ~
Then you need to fill out a report for them. If the thread is breaking the ToS then there's a button saying "Report this topic" right next to the big subscribe button of the thread. If it's a profile comment that needs to be taken care of there a "report" button right in the comments box. If a PM is what needs to be taken care of there's a red button saying "report this pm" next to the PMs delete button. Make sure after you've found yourself to the reports page to fill out everything to the best of your abilities.
“I'm not sure what to label a report” ~
If after you looked through each little report option and read their descriptions carefully, and still find yourself thinking "I don't know what this is!" you can just throw it into the closest report to your report. For example if the person is scamming throw it under phishing since they both involve profiting from other users. Just make sure to explain in the comments you weren't sure what to put this under.
