Astarotta is a Devil Imp from the "lower recesses" (see: higher rings) of Hell and is considered a guide of the Underworld, though she is not employed in the Infernal Guidance Corp. She stands out due to her tanned skin and white hair as well as her surprisingly modest form of dress. She holds, as all guides do, a lantern in one hand and a guidebook in the other.
