Huh, I didn't get alerted to this post! <_< Damn shame, too!

Well, more supporting evidence for my theory is that for this game, BEMANI (the company that makes the game... same one as DDR!) is taking a ton of fan feedback and they've so far mimicked an old art style of mine (the fourth pic in the bio I made), made a ton of my headcanon REAL canon (he's a retired pilot, everything's a big game to him, it IS a boba straw he's carrying, his hair's pink under the cap, etc.)... I've had so much influence on building this guy that I wouldn't doubt they've heard me AGAIN.

Likewise; I started right before high school. Albeit high school might be a little bit more recent for me than for you, I think.
I always planned on going to Germany to study abroad but I'm not sure if it will work out anymore. It will happen though! I'm glad you've been!!

And no, honestly, Idgaf about Portugal. Or the finals. I really just don't care about it because I don't think either team is necessarily the team that should be in that position.
There was a ton of luck at play this time around. As there always is but still, we all know that one section was completely stacked, more so than usual.
I don't particularly respect Portugal and the way they've slipped through the cracks. I respect them, but not anymore than before. Likewise with not-as-good-yet-more-arrogant-than-Messi Ronaldo.
Obviously I'm biased and that is a debatable opinion but eh. That's how I feel.

I fully admit that I know next to nothing about tennis but I hope that it works out in your favor, pal! C':

Well 3/5 ain't bad for a video game series, haha. But if you recommend the series, I'll have to get around to Ace Attorney at some point! I was unfamiliar with the format, but from what you've explained, it sounds like a hoot.
Ahh, I should probably end up playing Fire Emblem games too, haha.
You must like a challenge if you always play games on the hardest difficulty! Wuss? I think not! I always play normal. lol
You're right, it is similar to Harvest Moon/Rune Factory. It sounds like Animal Crossing might be right up your alley.
Oh, I getcha. So Shuffle only allows a certain amount of playtime since it's limited by hearts. At least it doesn't take up too much time though, games like Candy Crush can really hook people.

Definitely, it's a job that gives you a richer life, not always a bigger wallet.
Haha, naw, I can't remember if you've asked me either so it all works out. I honestly have no idea what I see myself doing besides creating art in some form or another, haha. lol

Wow, you're going to help me out? AWESOME!
So... since the company that makes the game listens to the fans all the time and they keep using my headcanon for this guy, I know more about him than anyone else.
I've gone through the "35" thing and my idea for what it could mean. I've gone through the "good guys" on the character page. The 35th from the top left is a snow spirit. The 35th from the OTHER direction, which would be more likely since it's a Japanese game, turns out to be the character I suspect to be his SON.

This could also correspond with something having to do with the Army or the Air Force though. It's official canon that he's served in both.

Oh, sounds like you've got some good games! I only know that a lot of those games you listed are popular, haha.
Ace Attorney looks good since there are always so many references to it online, to say the least. rofl
The Fire Emblem Awakening game is the one with the pretty art, isn't it? Haha.
Ah, well maybe you can sell Etrian Odyssey Untold to someone else if it's that hard. xd
Pokemon Shuffle sounds good, I can see how it'd be a good time waster.
Animal Crossing's fun, though it really depends on what you like in a video game. Pretty simple and relaxing as it's based on daily maintenance and tasks to earn money. I like it a lot, but some people find it terribly boring or annoying.

I definitely see, teaching's a hard job that many people take for granted. Glad you find it fulfilling!
Yeah, some knowledge isn't as important, but when you want to retain another language, you've gotta work a little harder, haha.

Nice, thanks for adding me. Haha, I love Systems Settings so much though! xd I just got a 3DS a few months ago, so I've only got Pokemon OR, Pokemon X, and Animal Crossing. So out of touch with the video game world. lol What do you play?

Oh, congrats on landing some steady full-time teaching work, and getting your degree! Lotta hard work you're putting in there! Sounds so worth it though! Teaching must be rewarding.
I'm doing well, thanks for asking. Just relaxing, brushing up on notes so I don't forget everything, and taking care of some minor business, a pretty laid-back summer.

oh, it certainly makes sense, but I really chaff at mechanics designed to artificially limit your pace. if I want to spend hours just exploring the area, I shouldn't be kept from doing so. sweatdrop

I really want a Mega Bisharp to happen in the worst way. it'll likely take forever if it ever happens, but the potential for game-breaking awesomeness is definitely there. Houndoom is another one of my favorites, and it really got a major boost from its mega. they hate Gen V because they tried something new, namely not allowing older Pokemon until the postgame. and because of nostalgia, people threw a hissy-fit.
people need to be reminded there's a crab named Krabby, and a seal named Seel. so any shots against newer ones over a lack of creativity go out the window. lol

Vikavolt really depends on the move pool and stats, but if appearances mean anything, I'd say Speed and Special Attack will be high. it supposedly learns Zap Cannon, so SA might be the favored stat. hopefully it'll get something like Compound Eyes, to make Zap Cannon more viable. and yeah, we need more early-game type diversity. hopefully it's the start of a trend. since it's a woodpecker, I'm wondering what dual-types could be possible later on.

given how easy it is to trade now, especially via Wonder Trade, there's really little reason to get both. I just will because I'm a hopeless collector. lol

exactly. it just feels like a forced "you can't do what you want" mechanic, and it's a major turn-off.

oddly enough,. Gen V has the highest percentage of my liked Pokemon, and I've been playing since Pokemon was a thing. Bisharp is tied with Ninetales for my all-time favorite. people give Gen I a pass because it's the original game, but it has the least inspired designs. mostly basic animals with cliche names. agreed though, once you get past Gen 3, the electric rodents are annoying. they kinda went overboard with them.
people are calling Bruxish Lip Service after Spongebob. lol and Vikavolt looks like a railgun. that's automatically awesome. especially since the Ground and Flying weaknesses get eliminated, leaving just Fire and Rock.
idk, Pikipek is probably the regional bird. which means two evolutions.

probably going to get both versions, so I'll have all three available. though if I had to pick one, Litten.

sorry about that then. sweatdrop just wasn't my cup of tea. especially the fatigue/energy system.

oh, I like it too, but it just seems out of place as far as a legendary Pokemon is concerned. Gen V was supposed to be a full reset on the series for a generation. and yeah, the art style for those Pokemon was a bit off. though to be fair, it's not like the original 151 were all that inspired either. lol
Togedemaru seems like another generic electric rodent. it's been done to death, so to me at least, it's just neutral. idk, Charjabug seems like it's supposed to be semi-mechanical, hence the blocky design. like a generator/cocoon hybrid. just glad we have something newer for a regional bug. will really help out those who pick Litten, especially since it's an island setting. likely that water types will be rampant. Drampa is just goofy looking. and yeah, Bruxish could really go either way, especially if it evolves. really wanting to see Pikipek's evolutions, because I really like the design and concept for it.

the weird thing is, I wanted to like it and give it a chance, but it just got to be so monotonous and I got apathetic. too much work, no real reward.
...now, if there were a "burn the farm down for the insurance money, then go live happily in the city" option, I'd have worked towards making a decent farm before torching it and quitting. lol

some of them seem to fit normally with "traditional" Pokemon, others just seem really out there. the Vikavolt line seems pretty decent, especially if it's the starter bug. Drampa and Bruxish don't look anything at all like Pokemon. I like the Normal/Dragon dual typing though, if only because of the novelty. and Tapu Koko looks way out of place, even for a legendary.

that's true. if the song's decent, I can stand the vocals being that way, but for the most part, I prefer more traditional vocals.

probably wouldn't be a fan of it then. I absolutely hate farming in games, so tbh, I don't even know what I was thinking trying Stardew Valley. lol
part of it was the whole "make money to expand your farm!" mindset. and I'm sitting there thinking "why? what's the point? idc if I make money, idc if the townspeople like me." sweatdrop

lol, you're welcome. they apparently changed their sound after that album, and I'm not a fan of the newer stuff at all. I love metal instrumental, but hate screaming/growling vocals.

I really have no music preference when it comes to vocaloid, so I kinda just listen to random songs. xd
Ah, I've never heard of Alter/Ego, but if you want to try something else there is Utau. I'm pretty sure it's free.

I have an original 3DS Xl, and like you I might wait and see if anything comes out that's worth trading it in for the newer version or not. (I do know that using the Awakenking ambios with Fates unlocks the respective character and some item) but that's not worth it yet.
For the most part both series are available on the Vita, for Persona there's P4 Golden and P4DAN, and I think there's P3P on the PlayStation store. (Though tbh I'm using an emulator for P3P) and all the DR games are on the Vita, and I think the fourth game is also coming to the Vita.

I originally got mine for Pokemon too, but apparently I fell out love with the series since I've yet to get the Alpha Sapphire or Omega Ruby, but I do plan to get Sun or Moon. (I'm leaning towards Moon though) if it's anything like PQ (which I do own) I know sweatdrop I've had it since last August and haven't finished it yet (The PQ edition 3DS is cool looking though) I have Smash and New Leaf, I don't know if I want MH but I almost bought Bravely Second. I had Majora's Mask, but I traded it in. (One perk of having a job and no bills)

Oh, I know too many of Circrush/Circus-p's music are super catchy. And for me I usually don't listen to certain producers, I just listen to what looks or sounds interesting. The only exceptions that come to mind is Utata-p and Machigerita-p (person who made Dark Woods Circus, Full Course for Candy Addicts, Ect)

Nah, I don't trust myself trying to fix anything, I'm too much of a clutz. And none of my friends really know how to fix it either. But fortunately It wasn't the flex cable, it must have been the wifi card. (Because apparently if it moves out of place it causes the upper screen to black out) the only reason I know this is because it suddenly started working again while I was playing yesterday night.

Eh, that's kinda right, besides JRpgs there really isn't anything else. (Of course I got mine for Persona and Dangan Ronpa so it's worth it to me) I've never really had any major problems while playing games on my 3DS. I'd say the worse thing that happened was that it crashed and I had to completely reset my system playing Fire Emblem Fates, it only happened once so I don't know what caused it. But for the lag the worst I've experienced I playing smash. (of course it's that probably my wifi isn't the best is the reason)
