About
Marron (マーロン Maaron) Chestnut is the daughter of Krillin (クリリン Kuririn) and Android 18 (人造人間18号, Jinzōningen Jū Hachi). She was born three years before the Buu Saga in Dragon Ball Z.
Marron is extremely close with her family, strongly connected to both her mother and her father, "Mama and Papa". As she grows older she becomes extremely attached to 18 and seems to have inherited her personality.
Unlike the rest of the other Z Fighters' children, Marron is the only one who was never trained by her mother or father which means that she has never shown any special abilities or Martial Arts skills of her own. She cheers on her mom at the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament, and proves to be one of the few people who can make Android 18 smile.
Their heartwarming relationship lasts through GT, when Marron is older. Marron may seem shallow to some, as she usually finds herself longing after the finer things in life like brand new designer clothes. However when a surprise attack finds her mother and father fighting for their lives, Marron realizes that nothing is as important as family.
After this life altering moment, Marron begins training with her mother and father to gain the ability to take care of herself in similar situations. Now 21 Marron has found herself to be quite the fighter and has developed her mother's endurance and strength and her father's passion, determination, and Ki abilities.
Throughout her training she attracted the eyes of Trunks Briefs, her childhood friend and son of Vegeta and Bulma. Trunks was attracted to strength and perseverance, and began to join in her effort to be as strong as she could be, thus pulling him back into martial arts.
The two became sparring partners, Son Goten joining periodically. As time moved on the two became inseparable and eventually began dating.
Now the two are working to help Freya and Bulla to seek revenge on anyone who had anything to do with the destruction of Vegeta-sei. Trunks recently proposed to Marron, to her delight and to the delight of Vegeta (He wasn't marrying into Kakarotto's family.)
