Here is what it's about. I am the President of NAMI Muskegon-S.H.A.I.R where I LiveI. NAMI - The National Allaince on Mental Illness. My chapter is in Muskegon, MI & is a S.H.A.I.R. which promotes:

and So Much More.
It is a Grass-Roots, Non-Profit(501c-3), 95% Volunteer group dedicated to Mental Health & Wellness through Programs & Services. We are also Advocates for the Rights of Persons afflicted with a Mental Illness, their families, & those that Support them, We also hold a Monthly Support Group, mostly Open to Families and those afflicted, but we also hold an Open Connection to Community Systems of Support for the Educational, Professional, Police, Judicial, & the Medical Communities, amongst many, either for Jobs, New Legislation, Financial, .Informational Support Ideals, Suicide Prevention, & Mental Health Court amongst it's many Advocacy Programs.
My Particular goal on this site is to STOP the Stigma of Mental Illness by teaching Truths vs. Myths, Sharing & Caring: Practicing Suicide Prevention for the LGBTQ Population, and by Combating Bullying of Any Type.
