Robin Kelly (1954-2009)
She was a kind and open woman. Wife and Mother of an adopted child, and my favorite Aunt. Thankfully, she was saved before her passing. She loved birds, Victorian art, and most of all her family. She was one of few who were actually considerate of my feelings when it came to my own illness.
She had survived breast cancer for 5 years when it suddenly returned spreading to the liver, pancreas, and the lymph nodes throughout her body. She passed away a few months later this last February.
She meant a lot to my mother and I, and the many of other lives that she touched her short life on this earth. She will be added to those that I light candles for every New Years. May we meet again in Heaven.
