This is my beloved grandmother who, unfortunately, passed away 13 years ago from anaplastic cancer of the thyroid. Her thyroid was also removed, but this caused the cancer to metastasize to her mandible. She fought for 2 years before it killed her. She was a beautiful woman with a beautiful heart. My favorite memory of her (which is, sadly, one of my last) was when Jarassic Park came out on video. We all went to her house and watched it with her. I got to lay in her bed with her and her stuffed animals and she held me tight when I got scared of the movie. I love and miss her very much.icon_cry.gificon_heart.gif
