The Yellow Wall
Where we honor those that survived, those that did not, and those still fighting.

Georgette Henriet

She had a greater respect and love for all living things than I've ever seen before, and has been a huge influence on my life. She was a strong, independent woman.

My mother, Margaret Montgomery died 1/27/09 at 4:10pm in a nursing home from breast cancer.

I still have flashbacks from when I was a little girl and she was right there watching me grow. Teaching me new things. And supporting me every step of the way.

She fought the cancer for 12 years. And if she hadn't consumed herself with alcohol I'm sure she would still be here right now and still fighting it. So in a way I'm kinda glad the alcohol made her time of death come quicker. Because at least now she's not hurting and she's in a better place.
