I still have flashbacks from when I was a little girl and she was right there watching me grow. Teaching me new things. And supporting me every step of the way.
She fought the cancer for 12 years. And if she hadn't consumed herself with alcohol I'm sure she would still be here right now and still fighting it. So in a way I'm kinda glad the alcohol made her time of death come quicker. Because at least now she's not hurting and she's in a better place.
