Strict Nine a deadly anthro feline that can transform into a plain black and purple cat or into a shadow, claws hold a deadly poison as does her teeth. Named for the poisonous plant Strychnine, a plant that has a intense bitter taste and toxins cause restlessness and spasms that rip muscle from ligaments. it causes paralysis of the lungs and the victim lays conscious as they suffer from agonizing convulsions.
Strict Nine's venom causes those symptoms and worse ones the lucky ones slip into coma before death the rest are awake for it all.
The girl herself is quite confident and tends to have an air of mystery around her. When seen she is usually sitting in feline form travel around on all fours its rare she is in anthro form unless drinking Nightshade Tea. She has a long lion like tail, and large claws and ears. Ears are tipped purple as is the tail, the rest of the creature is pitch black. Eyes are blood red and hold no pupils.
Her personality matches that of the poisonous plant in that she is intense and has a bitter attitude at times. She is sly and likes to steal things so if something goes missing go see her about it.
