Why do people worry about the little things? Why do people stress over life issues? If people knew what stress would do to them emotionally and physically would they still stress over live issues as much? What do people hope to gain from all the stress in there life? How dose stress plays a major role in today’s society? It is human nature to worry or stress over every detail of ones life. When some one decides to worry about the negative rather then the positive things in their life, it creates stress. This can causes emotional and physical heath issues, if left untreated.
First of all, into days society the average person has over a million things in which they stress or worry about each day. This type of stress can take a toll on their emotional health. Too many unresolved issues in ones life can cause depression and in more serious cases chronic depression. This can be seen as, difficulty sleeping, the loss of the ability to enjoy ones self, loss of energy or fatigue, withdrawn from social interaction, and in some cases attempts at suicide. Moreover, the person’s friends will notice that there less social in social interactions and more with drawn. They may even notice a change in attitude towards life and how they view those selves as a person. All in all, stress can take a serious toll on ones emotional health.
Secondly, admits depression and emotional health issues revolving around stress, the average person has to also take a look at there physical health when dealing with stress. Not only dose stress affects their emotional health but also affect their physical health as well. Just as too many unresolved issues can make some one depressed it can cause the body to become unbalanced, throwing the immune system into shock. This can cause headaches, colds, sores, and vomiting. In more serious cases it can cause stroke, heart attacks and high blood pressure. All in all stress doesn’t just affect our emotional health but also our physical health as well.
In conclusion, admits the effects stress can cause on both the average persons physical and emotional health. It is safe to say that it may be part of their day to day life, but if they knew what it did to them would they still worry about the little thing
