Wow, I'm surprised I even remember that term. I haven't heard it in eight years, in junior high life science. Anyways, I only used that phrase for a play on words. I recently changed my name from Stereo_type_breaker89 to Lorne Lovegood. For those of you who have been living under a rock for the past ten years, I'll explain the significance of these names.
Lorne is a Pylean demon cast out from his world, assumed to have thrown himself in a volcano as a sacrifice to a god, because he's the only one on his home planet that can hear music without his ears begging for mercy. He can read the futures of those who sing in his presence, a talent Angel, the vampire with a soul, has taken advantage of numerous times. He was last seen mourning Fred's death and killing Lindsey, an ex-junior partner at an evil law firm called Wolfram and Hart. Lorne left the show in the last episode. He felt led to murder someone for the first time in his peaceful, anti-violence life.
Luna Lovegood is a sweet blond girl sorted into Ravenclaw at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She likes to read her father's magazine, The Squibbler, upside down and to make comments about the shapes of clouds when supposed to be commentating a quidditch game. An exceptable witch at her age, she joined Dumbledore's army and fought alongside The Boy Who Lived numerous times. Brave, colorful, and unique all around.
When I think the name Lorne Lovegood, I think strange but beautiful music. Very fitting for me.
