Well the day before yesterday my mother woke up from the drug induced coma they had her under. They've also removed the breathing tub and she is doing much better. Shes got a highly contagis infection so we have to were masks and gloves when were in with her but still shes awake. They figure she'll be able to return to the nursing home soon which is good. I hope that she gets back there befroe I leave so that I can take her out to eat just once before retuning to colorado. For a while I was scared that she wouldn't come out of this but shes awake and nearly back to normal. She still can't walk but thats from the stroks but they have high hopes of her getting better. I feel gald I was worried it would be my last x-mas with her but it wont we will have more to come..
