BLAHBLAHBLAHBLAHBLAHBLAH!!! I told you it was a blahblah. mrgreen
Mabye a little preaching too.
Lily of the Valley Orphanage
Man was today big! My mom and I went to Tijuana with her bible study. It was so fun but soooooooo tireing! I'm wiped out! We went don there and played with the orphans and they sang for us and three of them gave testimonies. We had baskets of things for them. Toys, clothes, bags, bibles in spanish etc. They were ecastic! It made my heart swell to see so many happy kids! I made a new friend even though I couldn't understand her. She was really sweet and we were the same age. It hurt to leave the Orphanage. We showed them the plans for a renovation of the orphange. They flipped when they saw it and the check for 7000 dollars that the women' bible study made for them. And guess who presented it? My mom of course! I had a great day w/ lots of fun. It was an amazing experience. My mom told me once you go down there you're never the same. She was right. As if the kids weren't enough the homes were just......wow. not a very good wow either. On hills made out of most everything or in any place. It was horrifying. On top of that on the streets near the border there were beggers and vendors and much more. My mom finally broke down and gave a homeless man with NO LEGS money. He had to be a vet! Again it was a humbling and amazing expirience that I will never forget!
