RIDING INTO THE SUNSET

The reason for this journal is to organize my thoughts--with a little reminiscing--nothing too deep. I'm enjoying my retirement. God has blessed me with 3 children, 11 grandchildren, 2 horses, and a dog.

Yah!!! biggrin It rained last night. My horses got a bath while I slept. I'm sure they weren't so happy about it, but I am. I didn't blanket them because that would keep them from growing a good thick winter coat to protect them during the winter. When it gets very wet and cold in January/February, I'll blanket them. Sometimes they get cold and shiver, but not at this time of the year (it's still 50+at night).
