The first time I used tofu (the extra firm kind) was two years ago and I somehow got it to taste exactly likes eggs. I don’t know how in the world that happen because I only used a tiny bit of sesame oil to pan fry it to make it crispy and then a teriyaki sauce for flavored. Unless that's what tofu is suppose to taste like when it's not properly seasoned or flavored?
It was good, but just not what I was going for. I haven’t touch it since then, but I’m going to make another attempt at it. Before I do is there any advice on what I should do or try?
