After the fairly harsh ending to September, I wasn't expecting anything good coming from the rest of the year. Thankfully the rest of 2018 wasn't as bad as I thought it could be. One of our old neighborhood friends moved back into the city after a few good years of living with relatives out of state. The dude's not quite as close as he was but that's what cars were made for. With my other friends, I've managed to hang out a bit more than usual, which has been pretty fun. I've also started to get back into card games again. Dragon Ball Super was nearly a given for me, but I never expected to get dragged into Weiss Schwarz. From one trial game I managed to get one of my friends heavily into it.
The semester was over and I passed all my classes. A little surprising because I often fell asleep in each class almost once a week. Nearly done and, provided I get one thing sorted out, I'll manage to finally finish after one more semester.
As a year overall, 2018 could have definitely been better. It sure as hell opened kinda s**t and hit a fairly low point in September. But overall I suppose I suppose it was mostly alright. Wish my cat survived to see it through to the end but I know we gave him a good life. Anyway, I can only hope 2019 starts in a much better light than this year did.
