The mockingrobin is a cross species between a mockingbird and an American Robin, a somewhat small bird that is often the size of a canary. They are mostly a mixture of red, silver, brown, gray, and dark blue with an odd crest-like symbol on their foreheads, as no one knows where they come from despite the birds mating to create this species of bird hybrid. Like ordinary mockingbirds and American robins, they are songbirds and will often hum---or rather mimic---the cries of other small animals. They're usually active during the day but will vanish through the night at times.

Because of their small size, mockingrobins are often a target of larger birds, specifically great bald direhawks. Other animals will hunt them such as flying squirrels and jumping spiders as well as fast snakes. They were once hunted by pioneers back in the old days before modern humans saw them as pets that hum lovely tunes; they will live up to 25 years in human captivity if raised with efficient love and care. Their meat and eggs are otherwise proven to be extremely bitten to humans if captured as food.

Mockingrobins can have a very large population of at least half a billion individuals in one single area, though they do migrate like certain animals. During the summer, they are often competitive over territory and will often defend breeding areas. They are also shown to be less social. Furthermore, they will likely eat small bugs but they are often attracted to various nectar from many flowers, specificaly (and especially) cherry blossoms.
