Today was the first day of the fruit feast.
I had a few setbacks today because one of my smoothies ended up slipping out of my hand as I was trying to open the door.
I had the other smoothie, oranges, and a couple bananas.
I made nice-cream for my last meal.
I felt energized in the morning, but as the day went on I started to feel extreme fatigue and weakness. At one point I felt like I was going to pass out from the tiredness.
After I finished at work I felt a lot better, and then I had nice cream.
I cheated a few times, and I felt bad heartburn because of it. I plan to do a lot better tomorrow.
