Tyrannus' Biography

Long ago before man was ever conceived of being created by mother nature, the Saurians were outright rulers of planet Earth. Tyrannus was born just before the "Great Dying," which was a cataclysmic event that almost destroyed all life on Earth. At such an early age and hatching out of his egg, he was told that he was of the most greatest importance for the Saurian's survival. Apart of the "Gifted" Saurians that were available, he was taught the use of his selective elemental controls and became an instrument to sustain the lives of the Saurians for what little time they had remaining. But when the blinding light of the Great Dying occurred, all hope was nearly lost. It was deemed that all dinosaurs died upon that date, but it was not to be true.
Later in the aftermath of the Great Dying, Tyrannus and what remaining kindlings of the Saurians left were raised from their great slumber of which Tyrannus had encased them in their tombs to protect them while they waited it out. It was when they risen, they were brought into a new world, where, nothing was as it had been before. There were no longer anymore Saurians that roamed the landscape, only but the mammals now took dominance over their absence. With so few of the Tyrannus was anointed as the Curator of the Saurians, as the very last "Gifted" Saurian left, his newfound job was to protect his brothers and sisters from complete annihilation.
For millions of years after, they were able to survive- but not thrive under the new conditions Mother Earth had created.
In the last moments of his great reign as the Curator, Tyrannus met his first human. The "First Encounter" went surprisingly well. The human cowered in fear of the Tyrant Lizard King's great size and might, before running away and telling those what he saw. He was worshipped for some time, given respect and revered as a god among man. But as the eons passed on, Tyrannus' main duty to ensure the survival of his kind grew more drastic. In this time, as man grew, the Saurians began to dwindle.
Before he knew it- in a blink of an eye- his kind was being slaughtered by the very beings that had once regarded him as a deity. This grew an outright rage among Tyrannus and gave out his hatred towards mankind. These few thousand years left, Tyrannus began to fight a losing battle. Each and every day, every year, every decade- there would be a loss of a Saurian or more.
He could not combat against a flourishing species of mammals that overwhelmed him on every front. In the last day, Tyrannus was vanquished.
Being anointed as the Curator, his immortality to live for millions of years dictated upon the number and diversity of the Saurian race. In his final moments, he was not able to save the last of his kind and he passed away, turning into charred ash and what was left was only his bones.
