The Producers Guild of America is out with the Tv nominations for its 27th annual PGA Awards, and it is a hard day for the broadcast networks. Cable and streaming solutions nabbed nine of the combined ten spots in the drama and comedy categories, saved only by ABC's Contemporary Family.
