Irvine wandered into the house warily, but it didn't appear anyone was around. Right now, he just wanted a bit of peace and quiet. Well... peace and quiet or he was always up for chatting with a beautiful girl... or guy...
"Irvine?" Katana called from the living room, seeing the young Deejarne pass by.
"Hm?" Irvine backtracked to peek in the living room. "Oh, hello again. But Ah don't remember telling yah mah name..."
"You did not." Katana smiled. "Adar did."
"Who?" Irvine wandered into the living room curiously. "Oh. A trio of beautiful ladies. Must be mah lucky day.
"Amar, we're gonna go see what Ab'i's up to," Samara said shortly, standing up and leaving with Kamaria by her side.
"Oh my. All right. I am sorry, Irvine. My daughters are not too fond of males..." Katana smiled gently.
"Ah. Then they're missin' out... But... how do you know mah name?"
"Adar told me. He said he knew you a while ago. He said you were a companion of my father, Squall Leonhart." Katana was a bit desperate. Seifer never finished his stories anymore and she still hadn't had a chance to ask Squall for any details...
"Squall? Yeah, Ah knew him. Is he here?" Irvine perked up. He had seriously missed all his friends from Garden. Saving the world together kinda gave them a special bond, ya know?
"No, I am afraid not. He does not live with us... He lives with one of Miss Plushi's friends, Guine. I can see if we can see him sometime, if you would like," Katana offered, recognizing the look in Irvine's eyes. It was similar to the one Seifer got whenever Squall was mentioned.
"Ah... That'd be great... Even if he don't remember me, it'd be nice tah see him." Irvine smiled sadly. "Well, I had better go. Let yah get on with what yah were doin'..."
"Wait, no!" Katana reached out to stop Irvine. "Please... do not go. I cannot get Seifer to finish any of the stories he begins telling and I was hoping you could..."
"...Seifer?" Irvine looked back over his shoulder. "Is he here?"
"Yes. Seifer is my father as well."
Irvine blinked and sat down heavily. "Jesus... Don't think Ah ever saw that one comin'... Seifer... and Squall?" he looked back at the girl, just to make sure he wasn't imagining this.
"Yes. Oh. My apologies. I am Katana Almasy, the oldest of Seifer and Squall's children." Katana smiled politely.
"...O-oldest!? There's more than one!?" Irvine held a hand to his forhead. "Ah think Ah need a drink..."
"...I would offer you something, but I do not think there is any liquor in the house," Katana laughed gently, moving to sit next to the other Deejarne. "Perhaps if you ask Greed or Laguna, they would have some?"
"...Laguna? Girl, yah tryin' tah give me a heart attack!?" Irvine fell over backwards, laying on the carpet. "Next yer gonna tell me Zell or Selphie's here..."
"...I am afraid I do not know who you are talking about... But you know Laguna as well?"
"Yeah. He's Squall's dad and was the president of Esthar," Irvine chuckled.
"He is Squall's father?" Katana pondered this for a bit. She had noticed that there were some similarities between the older Dream and her father, but had brushed it off. After all, their personalities were so different... Opposites, in fact.
