Author: The Plushi
Genre: Humor/Crack
Rating: K
Pairing: Hints of Barricade/Bumblebee
Disclaimer: I don't own Tranformers in any way shape or form. Nor do I own LiveJournal, Barnes and Noble, Rae or Jackey. I only own myself and even then, sometimes I'm not sure...
Summary: Okay, this is part of a much larger and altogether unrelated fanfiction. But the bunnies, they made me write it. I was told to post this since this community is the inspiration for it. biggrin

"Autobot Bumblebee," Barricade growled, glaring at the yellow robot in front of him. "Come to kill me?"

"No, I've come to try and reason with you," replied the yellow mech known as Bumblebee. "We can give you peace."

"Pretty words," laughed the police-car-turned-giant-alien-robot, "but pretty words mean nothing to me."

"It's just a truce, Barricade," begged Bumblebee. "All you have to do is stay out of trouble and we won't chase you!"

"You would allow me my freedom just to save yourself from having to kill me?" he wondered with a smirk.

"Yes," the yellow one whispered. "I don't want to have to kill you."

"I think I will take my chances," Barricade laughed and took a step backwards, falling off the cliff.

"No, Barricade!" Bumblebee cried, running to the cliff's edge and watching as the police car fell, bouncing off a bookshelf and onto the floor.

"...Barricade fell," a teenage girl pointed out, leaning over the railing to look down at the first floor of Barnes and Noble.

"No, he jumped," sniffed a second girl, clutching the Camaro-turned-giant-robot-turned-plastic-toy to her chest. "That's so sad!"

"You're weird, Plushi," the first girl laughed, pulling her friend to her feet from where she was sitting.

"I know, Rae." Plushi grinned and looked down at her thankfully intact Barricade figure. "Jackey!" she called across the somewhat crowded bookstore.

"Yeah?" an older man emerged from the stacks on the first floor and looked up at the girls leaning over the railing. "Something wrong?"

"Barricade fell!" Rae pointed to the figure and simply grinned as Jackey glared at her.

"Don't listen to her, he jumped! Poor lost Decepticon... He was a good guy. Deep down. Really deep down. He just needed more hugs." Plushi insisted. Downstairs, Jackey shook his head and, with a long-suffering sigh, picked up the Barricade figure and headed to the escalators.

"I thought that was... the mine-truck thing. Bonecrusher?" Rae questioned, leaning back against the railing and idly bouncing the tennis ball in her hand.

"True," Plushi nodded. "He needs hugs too. LiveJournal peoples said so and LiveJournal people know everything. All Decepticons apparently need hugs. That's probably why they're all so evil. They weren't hugged enough as sparklings."

"Girls," Jackey glared at the pair, who simply smiled up at him. "Stop dropping Barricade from the second floor," he ordered, handing Plushi back her figure.

"I only dropped Barricade once!" she protested, setting Bumblebee down so she had both hands free to once more turn Barricade into a police car.

"You've dropped every other Transformer from here at least twice," he pointed out.

"They keep jumping," Rae chimed in with a solemn nod. "It's an angsty fandom."

Jackey just shook his head as the girls laughed. "Just don't get us all kicked out."

"We won't!" they chorused, waving as he went back downstairs.
