"Everyone ready to head out?" The Sheriff called out to everyone in the camp, surprised stepping down from the wagon seat idea and walking over to the group as they got up and walked to the wagon back. 3nodding
Everyone got to the wagon and took a seat packing in on the flat wagon back idea and some against the seat back as well, idea thought the Sheriff being a gentleman offered his seat up front to Launde. redface
"You can sit here if you like Ma'ma" as he gestured to the seat by the wagon's driver, and smiled brightly. biggrin
"Thanks, but no Thank You Sir, I think Ill sit back with my associate Mr. Tolouse we have a lot to chat about right now" redface .....as she moved past The Sheriff she gae him a hug emotion_hug and whispered "Dr. Krouse has made his way into the sunset, 6 feet under, can you keep this info under raps for me?" as she looked back towards the Dig-Site. sweatdrop
The Sheriff blushed, redface "Thanks for the hug Ma"am" and he winked wink letting her know he would keep her secret for the time being until things could be sorted out. 3nodding
She took the hands of Mr. Tolouse and another of the Dig-Site workers 4laugh and got up and into the wagon back idea and sat with Mr. Tolouse and chatted quietly with him as the wagon took off 4laugh and the others either chatted among themselves pirate or watched the scenery go by as they rode back to town, lol all the Earth Shades of brown, orange and yellows and some reds of the clays. emotion_kirakira
"Mr. Tolouse" Ms. Launde had Mr. Tolouse's attention as she took showed him her hand and it could be seen there was something ...different.
Mr. Tolouse took Launde's hand and could see a small mark emotion_0A0 that looked to be in the shape of the symbol of Copper emotion_jawdrop lightly pressed on to the back of her wrist as if it was a bracelet going around it. gonk
Looking at the symbol on her wrist eek Mr. Tolouse examined it closely and gently and gingerly sweatdrop pressed the symbol made sure it wasnt painful, sweatdrop which thankfully it was not, redface seeing that it only seemed an indentation he was at a loss for why it was there and for what reason. sweatdrop
"I suppose it is a way The Great Sage would prove to you that the vision you had was true surprised and you had his protection and magic protecting you," he sighed sweatdrop and looked a bit sheepish not being 100% sure he was correct. sweatdrop
"Its fine Mr. Tolouse, if anything it is a reminder Im not alone on my Quest, heart I have the Great Sage..." and looking up and into Mr. Tolouse's eyes emotion_kirakira .. redface "And I have you as well to protect me as well" 4laugh
Mr. Tolouse blushed redface and took Launde's hand and squeezed it lightly emotion_brofist as they where just reaching the edge of town emotion_kirakira and what little civilization there was in this arid land emotion_bigvein seeing the building coming into sight and the familiar sounds of people and animals working and moving as well. 3nodding
The whole group of Dig-Site workers and as well Launde and Mr. Tolouse got down and out of the wagon, idea the others going about thier ways 3nodding and making likely plans to head back home or to the academy for other assignments to join. idea
Ms Launde and Mr. Tolouse headed to Mr. Linoon's Hotel to make a plan of attack for what they needed to do next, 3nodding where The Great Sage my lead them idea and help them realize where they may find the next clue. question
