There has been construction on the street where the school is. Well, today, they were working on the water line and, oops, they broke it. So the kids got let out 3 hours early. I sat around for another hour, because we don't have an automated calling system, so a third of the kids were still waiting for their parents to be called or get picked up. I hung out with a few, had a bit of fun, then I went home because we never got lunch! I was starving!
Now I'm getting the food cooking for supper tonight! My man's coming over and we'll probably just watch shows or whatever, but I'm still excited.
