Day One List
So begins listing my goals, but I have no idea exactly how I wanna go about this. So I'll just stick with a daily goal checklist. After all, if I have to come here to check of my goals daily, then it'll be a bit easier to get Perfect Attendance.

Let's start with fairly simple and straightforward workout regiment.

◘ 15 Push-ups
◘ 15 Curl-ups

I even found a video on Youtube try practicing my form with these, because I recall an evil friend complaining that my form was wrong for a push-up. -__-
.....Yeah....that's not a lot, but for me, unfit as I've become, just 15 push-ups makes my arm burn like hell!
But I'll be doing other things too, though I won't list them here as necessary. Like today, my husband suggested we go swimming! Though, personally, I'd prefer workout swimming in a lane-divided pool, not the hotel's tiny relaxation pool. I do miss swimming; it is indeed a swell workout.

As for eating. I shall combine this with my wake up schedule, as scheduled eating is better than just hunger-eating for loosing weight, I hear.

Times are approximate. They can vary only up to an hour. No more.
◘ Wake up at 6 am
◘ Breakfast by 7 am
◘ Snack at 9:30 am
◘ Lunch 11:30 am
◘ Snack 3:30 pm
◘ Dinner 6 pm
◘ Electronics off by 9 pm
◘ Sleep by 10 pm

I doubt I'll accomplish much of this as I just finished accidentally sleeping in until 10 am.....well I ate a pizza after my husband left for work, and fell asleep again. Again, times are approximate, as any surprises in the day could disrupt them.

Eating goals relating to food: Well, mostly I'll just be following the eating regiment similar, not exact, to the one in the DDP Yoga's booklet.

◘ Avoided snacking/overeating
◘ Avoided missing a meal/snack
◘ Avoided sweets w/ exception of small one after dinner

I'm choosing after dinner sweet, just like a small piece of chocolate or cupcake or whatever I have as a reward for making through the day.

Now chore goals. These my vary day to day depending on what needs to get done!
I'll make a list now of all the chores that need done as of now.
◘ Laundry
◘ Dishes
◘ Clean litter box
◘ General tidiness

Now there are the special ones that happen a lot less frequently.
◘ Apply for new school
◘ Pay medbills
◘ Pay credit card

These need to be done, though not as immediately.

My goal is to accomplish all these things specifically in one day. Some may not get done, and I will feel bad about it, but hopefully posting in a public spot will encourage myself more to try to impress invisible/nonexistent readers!
I shall copy and paste the lists, without all these extra explanations of course, in a second entry near the end of the day to mark down what I've gotten accomplished. Turning off electronics at 9 and going to bed at 10 will mark some difficulty in that since this computer is shut off by 9, then I can't mark off that I did go to sleep at 10 for sure until the next day.....but if I strike it out before that, that means it's my solemn vow that I am going to bed by that time.
