One Ring to Rule them All!
IN any given situation, when there is an item of desire, there are those who have said item and those who do not. In Materialism and Marxism, this is defined as Lack, and Lack is the core driving philosophy of Materialism and Marxism. A simple philosophy of absence or abundance, but one that can be hard to illustrate in our modern world. But what about a fantastical one? A world where Good and Evil are clearly defined, and contain paragons of both; A world where on hobbit holds the literal key to prosperity-- or poverty--in his hands. Come, let us examine J.R.R.
