He directed himself towards the market or whatever they called the places nowadays in order to buy himself a new wardrobe of clothes. The hard part was finding non-synthetic materials completing fashioned out of animal or natural plant composition but he managed to collect a few fur clothes for himself and the rest was simply extra things he needed for something he was planning to make. The shopkeep or whatever they were called seemed to give him a raised eyebrow at the amount of clothes he made and the type. One by one she checked them off as if making a list of things he bought. When it came to paying cash Dorega was in an awkward situation. There was no way he knew the currency type that this city-state used so the only solution he brought out was a handful of gold with the philosophy that you couldn't argue with gold. The mint was Mestanian of Ester Dimnu's repeated rule and probably easily auctioned as a historical coin.

When the servicewoman looked him with an annoyed look he brought out more coins and handed it to her. The replied Dorega recieved only made him want to reach across the counter and snatch her by her pretty shirt. "We can't take this." Dorega settled for a high-speed slap the next time she looked away then whistled innocently for a few seconds when suspicion fell onto him. He smiled widely when she held her cheek wondering why she felt pain. "Then take the gold and pay for the clothes yourself. When I leave you can just turn around and sell the gold coins to the highest bidder and you'll be rich." He saw a light dawn in her head at his proposition. "Worse comes to worst you can move to Silver city if you can't sell it here." He grabbed the nicest sets of clothes and smiled as he concentrated on de-materializing the materials. He separated the bonds that made the clothes and absorbed them. The rest of the materials that were none-synthetic he simply absorbed them without keeping their modified shape.

He drew his hands away from the counter and closed his fists feeling his strength for a second time. His physical prowess had increased from the nutrients but the more important parts were the fact he could feel his inner ability strengthening against the near-fatal blow dealt by a strange newbie demon with a living scythe. He returned to the streets as Alrenata D. Corrous and drew a hood over his white hair and continued to search the streets. All around the City of Yukimachi he couldn't believe the construction of the people both native, illusion, or otherwise and left him at somewhat of an awe in comparison to his last visit here. The awe didn't last long since his mind quickly turned to business at hand. This specific business being that he needed to reanimate the lost bodies Crow had destroyed and he needed natural resources to do it. The construction was far too well planned for him to be able to lurk among to people safely. The next issue was the people themselves since he had no idea which of the categories of "native, illusion, or otherwise" he would end up choosing if he grabbed someone.

The solution came to Alrenata D. Corrous when he thought back to his fight with Crow. He kept walking and tried not to attract attention as he kept his hands in fashionable pocket. He managed to pass something he might have guessed for authority around this place due to their uniforms being crispier than the civilian populace and the weapon quality of government funded weapons. His dark lips smiled across his black skin as he smiled in anticipation for his next action. He continued walking past while watching out for any passerby then with murderous intent unleashed his hands forward to grab a nearby victim by the throat. Using the Drow's natural born gift of speed he dragged the unfortunate victim off before anyone nearby truly realized the implications of his actions. He dragged the man to the alley and slammed him against the wall hard enough to hear the wind escape bruised lungs. He was going to have to be careful with this victim's body. The victim struggled fervently to escape or at least see its attacker's face but the hood guarded the Alrenata's eyes from him. Alrenata couldn't even see the victim's gender nor did he care to pay attention as he waited for something else.

"Go ahead, scream. The louder you scream the more likely I'll let you escape." He lied while holding the victim against the wall. A choking sound escaped his victim's mouth. "Oh right, give me a second." He said as he fixed his mistake in trying to terrorize his victim by readjusting his hold from his victim's throat to the scruff of his clothes. A pathetic cough escaped his victim's throat which resulted in an annoyed glare face to face from the Drow with the victim. "You're not screaming." He bared his white teeth in a grimace of rage and twisted his victim's shirt to emphasize. "Oh right, shock." He said as he realized his victim's actions and sped up the reaction process with a few mocking faces. A moan escaped his victim this time that made the Drow blush as he realized the victim was a pretty woman. "The hell was that?" He exclaimed in an outburst of embarrassment as his sheer lack of judgement. Until now he'd treated his victim like a nameless minion and without even a real description. "This isn't sex. Don't screw around with me." He jerked the woman around in the air a bit times since he'd messed up by recognizing her. He could tell that the woman was getting ready for the big one and all he had to do was show her that he was crazy enough to hurt her for her to scream. "I NEED you to scream like a child's life depend on it."

He drew her real close and smiled. "Because it will," he whispered, "trust me on that." Now the woman's horror broke as she screamed the moment she truly realized that he wouldn't stop with her. The wails nearly broke his superior hearing and deafened him momentary but he laughed anyways as he enjoyed her terror stricken face. The big bulging eyes with the struggling hands trying to claw at toughened skin with sharp nails. He couldn't feel his skin bleeding black blood but he didn't care as he kept laughing until he finally noticed his victim had stopped struggling. He shook the woman again to see if she hadn't cracked. "Whats wrong?" He asked then looked at her shaking hands covered in his black blood with quivering eyes. It took another second for the woman to draw her breath and scream again a second time, a third time, and keep screaming in terror as she saw his blood. Off-color blood tended to freak people out more than anything. "Finally, attagirl." He said and waited for his goal to be accomplished.

Someone came running him quick, fast, and in a hurry to the origin of the screaming. In truth Alrenata D. Corrous was rather impressed with the woman's will to survive as she continued screaming even past the time her voice began cracking from abuse. Then the voice stopped and the woman's body evaporated as an illusion. A man came in at saw the woman's shape fade away in his hands making him look like he'd harmed her. The poor man dropped to the ground in fear of the Drow's murderous glare. When a charcoal skinned male turns away from a previous victim with white pupils a natural initial reaction should be fear for one's life. The man quickly tried to stand up again with a rational of escaping this unholy scene. Alrenata D. Corrous took advantage of this since it was his original goal.

"Go on," Alrenata D. Corrous urged, "Call the local authority," and walked calmly towards the intruder as he pulled the sleeve of his arm up to his shoulder. Alrenata's skin quivered as he modified the skin cells switch out RNA/DNA combinations from his drow arm to the grotesque form of a Skylerax claw apendage. The skin and meat withdrew into the Skylerax bone exoskeleton as the bone-like white construction tried to grow to its full size. The transformation was enough to make the intruder scramble to stand up but the Drow's words were what hit the idiot's flight instincts. "I just killed a woman and if I catch you before call for the guards you'll die too." It was a no brainer that the man ran for his life and leaving Alrenata D. Corrous in the ally.

The Drow dropped down to the ground and held his deformed right arm and concentrated. The Skylerax Prince that the arm belonged to was raging inside that arm as he tried to seal it back up again. With each thump of blood that flowed into his arm he felt a hammer both physical and mental bang on the inside of his arm. It was in truth sharing a body with a beast that only cared about food, shelter, and the wild rather than higher reason. He banged away with a closed at his deformed right arm with heaving gasps in the same way he banged DNA sequences inside his body. Thats when he felt a breeze come through and his mind dimmed with a feeling of forgetfulness. He breathed a sigh and tried to remember what he was doing. It took a moment but when he caught his memories again he looked at his normal drow arm. "The Skylerax.." He muttered for a moment and felt the wind blow through the ally. For a moment he enjoyed the breeze until he realized that the Tsuki Tundra winds couldn't get inside. He bit his nail nervously as he realized the implications. "The Amnesia winds erased my power."

Alrenata flexed his hand and tried to repeat the same thing he'd before. The Drow only managed to flexed his muscles until they bulged. He drew his hand away from his sight and saw something that made his jaw dropped. The same light that the woman had faded in glowed and shaped itself once more into the very same woman. She looked at him; no past him; towards the ally as if not even noticing him and continued on waling. "She was an illusion?" He mentally tried to process this information as he watched her disappear out of site. "Damn, I've been duped." He said as he walked out of the allyway into the street. "Just forget about the distraction and move onto the next objective." He reminded himself as he stepped into the light of day.

To his amazement he found himself surrounded by a group of people who looked like his definition of "guards" but more modernized/futurized. To his annoyance they didn't have any weapons drawn or pointed at him but rather talking with the man he'd threatened for his life. "What happened to being suspicious of strangers." He muttered only to have one displeased guard put his hand on his weapon and simply glare. Alrenata D. Corrous wanted to scream at these Yukimachi folk for not giving the proper audience he wanted but instead he raised his hands into the air. "I give up," Alrenata D. Corrous announced loudly, "I admit to killing a woman in that back ally."

Now weapons were upholstered from their cages and pointed at him. "Thats better." He said with a pleasant smile. "If you don't believe me there's polluted blood of a woman in the ally." He lied outright and saw the people really raise their weapons. The officer's words didn't really matter to Alrenata D. Corrous as they ordered someone to check it out as long as he looked like a murderer. "And oh." He said with a bit of delight in his words, "I'm a Shape Shifter from the Gentleman Shifter's Court so.." That really caused them to lower thier weapons because he
sounded like a lunatic. Alrenata breathed in deeply and concentrated on becoming Dorega. His body grew twice as large and his animalistic muscles bulged as he flexed to reach for what looked to be the man in command. Weapons raised again with people preparing to pull a trigger. "Now you show me respect." His cat-like voice purred for a moment as he froze his actions at once and reduced in shape and Size back into Alrenata D. Corrous. "I have the right to stand trial among my accuser at the mercy of Your Highest Court-" A gruff voice intergected in an arrogant tone. "You just proclaimed yourself a murderer and a shape shifter. What makes you think we're not gonna shoot now?"

Alrenata chuckled in response to what he assumed to be the head of the defense force among this group. The fingers moved to the triggers and began to hairline squeeze the firing lever. "I'm part of the Adventurer's Guild. You kill me without granting my wish and you'll face heavy trading fines with other states, trouble within your political structures and heavy cut in your budgets for those fancy weapons you carry." He said and raised his hands higher as he watched the people in charge make their decisions. "You're bluffing, its against the law to interfere with another Ruling City's industry. I've survived Mesta countless times and I know law just like the lawless know how to break them." The reply from the shape senior came back at Alrenata. "My passports, identification, and notice information in my pocket. It will state that I am a Dark Traveler." He replied and waited to be searched. The credentials were real so he had no work. "Arrest him and take him to the Queen for sentencing." A few exclamations sounded among the crowd and were sharply silenced as Alrenata was given back his credentials then arrested. "Careful, I bite." He smiled as he accepted his arrest without resisting. All he had to now was wait for his date with the ruler of Yukimachi.
