Family. You can live with them and you can't. Sometimes you can live without that one sibling and you can live without the other side of your family.
What's the point in having those big family reunions and talk about how great it is to be together when we can't even support each other when it matters. If one member of your family has a house that is unsuitable to live in should people we consider real family help them out? Why rely on the step family you don't even like to mention at funerals or weddings? That step family will help you out in a pinch but you can't return the same gesture? Why? That family was almost themselves taking in extra members, bending rules and laws to make sure that you still had a roof over your head, a bed to sleep in, food in your stomach, but you can't help them in their time of need as they did you? I don't understand it sometimes. Why take advantage of people who found it in their heart and home to help you.
