...Back in 2003 I first joined this site on a separate account (whose name i shan't reveal). I met some awesome friends and one of them in particular got close to me and shortly after we started dating. The Angelic Halo was out for a bit & I really wanted it so he promised me that soon he'd get me one as a Gift if i patiently waited.
So i did, the relationship IRL was ok for awhile buying him anything and everything he could ever want. Long story short he left me. I figured i ask him about that Halo he promised to get me and he said that i didn't deserve it. And to think that i could've bought one for myself back then...I STILL shudder to this day when i think about it. But worse things were around the corner.
I logged into Gaia after a year long plus Hiatus and ALL my friends who were once on Gaia had left me, still on the friends list but never on anymore. So i sent PMs letting them all know i was back for good! For several months i stayed on that account and not a one responded back. I was sooo hurt that i not only missed my friends but also the Halo was no longer easy to obtain. (TO THIS DAY I sometimes think he had something to do with those friends ignoring me until proven otherwise on that account) So i go on a looong Hiatus...
FAST FORWARD to 2010. I decided to get on that account one last time in hopes that i would have received a PM by now, which STILL none had been answered. So i decided to close that account, the Items and all Gold kept on it never to be used ever again. I felt that a piece of me had died, so everything associated with it shall stay locked in my heart as with the account...all i have left are memories.
So i decided to Create this account, new friends and new memories. So far i've obtained everything i could want except that Angelic Halo. I shall create a Quest Thread for it on Jan. 1st, to attempt the (now) seemingly impossible! Questing it is my last wish on Gaia. I have faith that one day i'll get my chance to cherish it! Time will tell if this happens!
So to the select few whom asked me about it in the past and why i tear up and don't talk about it...... now you know.
