i found out i'm going to have to change my contract at one of my jobs to "limited availability", hope its possible cuz the other job sent me a bunch of shifts and they pay more. secretly, i went to a job interview for chiro/acu asisstant. meaning i'd do office crap like answer phones, patient files, computer work, etc. i know i'm a DTCM, but this would be a great starting job and it would get my foot in the door for when i get lisenced. the interview was packed with applicants. mostly science majors and medical/dental/legal asisstants and secretaries. none with a bg in holistic med so i am ahead of them that way. plus students who go to school for those things arent in for more than 8-10months so i'm also ahead in how much education i have. i got office experience from student clinic so who needs tech schools, right? i seen ppl with no schooling get jobs in office asissting.
