For almost a year since the defeat of the dark angel, Seto, The son of the kaiser of dark dragons, Ephidel, had trained in the Sage arts. Secluded from civilisation in the caverns of Kyro in the north islands of Gaia, he trained vigorously.
The deadland created by the defeat of the dark angel had begun to spread, the only way to stop this was to encant a spell hidden in the Venheim temple, in the lands of the dragons. Not only was this a problem but the keycrystals - the five crystals which opened the time gate in the deadland - had gone missing. Seto had used them to make small time rips to see the past events in an area, after using them he scattered them across Gaia.
After hearing from Seto's wife, Seir, that the crystals had been stolen, Ephidel left to find the ship which Seto had uncovered from the seabed of the north island region, The dragoness, a multi-terrain ship which hides on board a structure known as a Venheim gate, activated by the full power of the ship's generator to teleport a individual to the dragon land capital.
