Well I am as best as getting to be fully healed, heart wise, as I am going to get. yep, so a poem.
HEart aches
Heart breaks
I thought the truth
Never would come through
But dear, love, friend
My love for you
Will always be true
Whether it's just friend
That we are
Or if we do get back together
I will always care
I will always know
That you are safe
For I will protect
With all my might
Save you for evil
Help you out
YOu know my secrets
And I know your's
I will be there
To dry your eyes
When you cry
I will help you
With any problem
That arises
I will help you with
YOur future loves
And future heart breaks
For I can't simply let go
Some say that a heart break
Stops all contact with one another
But for me
It makes me want to know
YOu are pefectly alright
I can't just say
"No more, don't talk"
Or even forget your name
I can't just let go
Of all we had
I can't just stop
Talking to you
But even as your friend
I will always care
I'll still love your smile
Your silly little jokes
Your wonderful stories
I'll still love your time with me
ANd how you just know what to say
Though I will now hide some things
To protect you from my pains
I will always be opened
For you have showed me how
And that is one gift I will keep dear
Another gift of which you gave
Was the gift of love
And that will stay near
No one compares to you
Or even comes close
But I will move on
And evenuatally find someone
As you will to
But you never know
We may find out
No one is better than you or me
We may find out
Our paths cross
And leads down another road
An unexpected
But you'll never know
But I will remain your friend

For you are always near.
