Hey people! How are you? I decided to write an entry to clear some possible confusion and/or curiosity about my username. So today's topic is my username (and no, not my password XD).

You are probably aware that my username is WhiteAmber23. Ok, my name is NOT Amber, it's Anastassia. This amber is the rock amber. You know those brownish-gold "rocks" on necklaces and bracelets? Yeah that's it. It's also a fossil tree resin. Now that I think about it, amber preserves insects and other small little things because it's soft and sticky on the trees so this is kind of like me preserving memories in life.

I also found this interesting fact:

"Amber occurs in a range of different colors. As well as the usual yellow-orange-brown that is associated with the color "amber", amber itself can range from a whitish color through a pale lemon yellow, to brown and almost black. Other more uncommon colors include red amber (sometimes known as "cherry amber" wink , green amber, and even blue amber, which is rare and highly sought after."

So amber can be white? Didn't know that. See? You can learn something every day! I just like the color white because it's casual. White is a very pure and soft color in my opinion. It also reminds me of a clean slate that you can splash different colors on...Ok, now I'm talking poetry!

The number twenty three is just the day I was born on. And it's an awesome number by itself.

Yeah, I like this username. Maybe if I find a username that is more awesome (in my opinion), I will change it. But for now, it stays. After all, this is how it all began on Gaia. With just a username, some gold and an avatar. Bye!
