	Nope, just a glitch, actually. It's caused by dark capes, like the Lunar Cloak, Cape, and so on. Kinda neat, though.

	sweatdrop The Jacked Up Shirts have always done the glowing thing when you equip the right item. Even back in '03. rofl

	It worked out so perfectly with the yellow glow. I feel like it was more of an Easter Egg than an accidental glitch...esp. since it hasn't ever been fixed.
