I don't live in reality. Seriously. I don't. Don't believe me? Let me tell you about my world...

I live in a two-and-a-half-story mansion at the top of a hill. There are no roads, no driveways, no other building or sign of civilization anywhere. We have a lovely lake, but that's mostly 'cause Mum insisted on having an area where the mermaids could hang out. The lawn stretches on forever, and we have these huge trees that dot the grass. The hill's great for sledding in the winter, when it snows, and the trees are great for various rope and tire and plank swings that we have.

The inside of my house is pretty cool, I admit. When you immediately walk in, the ceiling reaches aaaalll the way up. There are staircases on either side of the room that lead up to the second floor, and you can see part the hallway, because it's only separated from air by a railing. The second story is actually only rooms, and since everyone has their own room and is allowed to decorate however they wish, each door looks different. I don't have a room, I sleep in the 'half' story- a loft area you can reach only by climbing a ladder up. It's pretty cool.

Anyway, downstairs. Right below the second-story railing is the living room. It's got two big couches, three arm chairs, a rocking chair, and various pillows. Our tv isn't huge, but it's not small at least. We have a gamecube that Gadget and Ren worked on 'enhancing'. It blew up twice before they got it to play non-gamecube games. We've also got a good-sized kitchen, a pantry, a large dining room because occasionally we have a bit more then half the entire family for one meal, and we have to have a place to seat everyone. We've got a two-story library- Mum's always wanted one- and a study room, with computers and Mum stuck the research books there because she refuses to let them 'contaminate' her precious fiction books. We've got a small room dedicated just to DVDs, CDs, and VHSes. There's also Ren's computer room, which you do not enter, touch, or go within 100 feet of unless you want to die slowly and painfully. We've got mine and Mum's room, which no one else is allowed in. That's our personal room, where we think up new creations and worlds. We keep our ideas in there, so certain mind readers can't find them out... We've got out 'garage', so to speak, which was put in at the request of Al and Ray and couple of others, where they could work on mechanic-y stuff. There's also the 'boom room', as I fondly refer to it. It's aptly named. Gadget's mostly the one in there, and he works on his, well, gadgets. Though occasionally a few others do use it.

Oh, and I think I should tell you: Mum and I rule this world. Mum's higher then me of course, but I'm only second-in-command, so to speak.
