Overall Appearance: Mattaeo is a dark brooding giant. He stands at 6’2 with a domineering persona that at times can be a bit overwhelming or appealing; depending on the person that is observing him. His skin color is the tone of coco butter, often found on the shelf in stores, and just as smooth to touch. Tae is shaped like a foot ball player minus the bulging muscle. Lean with broad shoulders that seem to hold a regal bearing. His chest is always up right and he walks as if he were schooled in the manner of walking etiquette 101. Usually his chest is covered in usual tee-shirts, polos or button downs. The shirts are tucked under a black jacket that was tailored especially to fit the expanse of his upper body. While he does narrow down below his waist, he is still larger than the ‘average’ size man. His dress pants are always tailored and his jeans are always specially ordered. Early morning swims and random days on the basketball court, keep his body fit. And, his natural sense of style keeps him neatly dressed.
Aside from the things he can control, Mattaeo’s facial appearance is another thing that often gets attention. His sharply boxed face has usually sharp facial angles. Thick eyebrows arch over small oval shaped dark brown eyes. His nose, juts more to the left than to the right, a result of a kick to the nose during an intense rugby game. A small tight upper lip, sits over a naturally plump lower lip. His cheeks sink into his strong jaw line, which brings attention to the length of his neck. The man is often called sinful perfection. And, his black hair which has grown to fall over his eyes only seem to add to his appeal.

Personality: Matteo loves privacy. It’s something he was taught to appreciate and he treasures it now more so than ever. At times even Matteo wonders if there are dual sides to his personality. On one hand, he loves to go out with his friends and enjoy the night life that the city offers. And, other times he craves the peace and quiet that can be found in the four walls of his house. Luckily for him the two sides don’t war at each other and he doesn’t find any one side more daunting than the other. He embraces both sides and goes with the mood as it comes to him.
Problem solver, he loves to work out things and get to the ‘root’ of problems. Out of his small group of friends, they always seem to come to him for him to fix their life. And, most of the times he is able to. Not the type of guy that takes short cuts, he likes to go to the heart of the matter and work his way through. Matteo is very determined and ambitious. He believes in honor and respect for the human life and condition. Because he grew up in a home that was always giving, he is often seen giving his time to charity events especially dealing with orphaned children. He considers giving his time to those that don’t have any one his passion.
He is laid back and does things in his own time, making sure everything is just the way he wants them to be. He is considered a family man, to those who know him. But, to the business world, in which his work circulates, he is a confirmed bachelor that enjoys a nice party and every once in a while a beautiful woman. When it comes to a women, he likes to use the old fashion way and romance her, as he thinks a man is suppose to.
Likes: Matteo loves the thrill of the business world. He enjoys tearing the weak parts of a company out and rebuilding them. The thrill of testing his creative abilities was stumbled upon at a young age. He enjoys taking something old and making it new and fresh and usable. A man that works hard; he demands hard work from his employees and he settles for nothing less than perfection. Honesty and trust are two the key elements in his life and he holds them in high regard next to a person’s honor.
Outside of the business world, you would find the more laid back Matteo. At home he is a man that often displays affection especially towards his family. He is very affectionate and protective. Having the perfect parenting couple, Matteo finds that he enjoys romance, and the idea/concept of being a gentleman for a woman. He loves to watch the sun set and rise, and listen to golden oldies that sooth the soul. Matteo surrounds himself with people that enjoy life. It is rare for him to be around negative people. He believes that it’s too easy to adapt a person’s attitude to keep negative people around him.
When it comes to relationships he loves for a woman to be honest and direct with him. But, he also enjoys wooing her and the thrill of the chase. Matteo finds that he enjoys women who haven't given up on the idea of love and romance. He grew up believing in fate and destined love, and while he enjoys talking with women and their company. He could not see himself with a woman that did not believe in the concept of true love.
Dislikes: One of the things Matteo hates most are people who are abusive. He has never been abused but always had a soft spot for the ‘underdog’. Any form of abuse especially towards the young and elderly upset him. He believes the strong should protect the weak not tear them down. There aren’t many things that seem to upset him, but there are small things that he can’t see around him on a constant bases. That would be, chauvinistic know it alls, and people who ask stupid questions. That combination for some unknown reason ticks him off. People who complain and who are manipulative are also dropped into that category.
Matteo is a man that values honesty and a direct approach rather than having someone try to scan or con him. He has had enough people in his life to know that there are people out there that would take you for all you’re worth if you let them. When it comes to women he likes them with a bit of curve something he can hold onto, he isn’t fond of women that hide their shape or dress down their figure. Above all of these things, the one thing that upset him most, is being watched. After having to dance around people stalking his mother, he isn’t fond of having his own privacy invaded or bombarded upon.
Because so many people have tried to con him, he often second guesses people. When meeting a person for the first time he can be a bit reserved. He likes to wait before making an assessment of a person. While he isn't quick to judge a person, once he has passed judgment on a person it's rare he would ever change his mind about them.
Weakness(es)/Fault(s): Women happen to be his weakness. Matteo loves women. He can't help it most of his family happen to be female. His mother and sisters taught him the 'complexity' of the woman and he fell in love with the spirit of a woman and how she simply gives of herself for those she loves. People in need happen to be another weakness he has no problem succumbing to. At a very young age, he became active in charities that his mother often helped with. He is most passionate about helping out orphaned children, and has helped build one orphanage and spends alot of his free time in the 'Big Brother' program. On the flip side, Matteo is possessive especially when it comes to someone he is in a relationship with. Possessive and extremely protective to the point where it can be a bit overwhelming at times, or so he has been told. He recalled getting in an altercation because some guy was trying to attach himself to Matteo's younger sister. Luckily, he was not locked up for the altercation. Besides his two P's Matteo also happens to be very competitive. He likes to have the upper hand, and hate losing, though he is working on lossing with 'grace'. But, he prefers to win humbly than loose gracefully.
History: His family is multicultural; with a Native American father and a mother who is half Welsh and the other half is Samoan. They met during the college and well the rest is history. Shortly after they got married his parents traveled a lot looking for, better jobs to support education for their kids. He fell in love with three distinct places in the world one of them happens to be Spain where he lived most of the year during my childhood, the other on a reservation in one of the north American states and Hawaii.
Well, he literally grew up with a golden spoon in my mouth. His mother was a model and Matteo was born during some of her ‘better’ years. Lucky his father wasn't in the business and lived a pretty normal life, outside of the photographers constantly popping around. Most of Matteo's childhood was pretty normal. Our house in Spain is where he grew up. At their little family retreat and it is where he like to spend most of his time when he's trying to get away from the fast life.
In high school Tae was pretty much the athlete that was the way he got the full time scholarship to college. At the age of eighteen, like any young kid he went off to university and did a double major. Four years later he graduated with degrees is business law and economics. Fortunately he was picked up right away and started working with a small company. After working for the company he decided after a few short months that working for someone wasn’t really the best thing for him. So he started a company called, Astute. They mainly buy old companies re-vamp their business strategy and then sell them for double what they were bought for. Our services range from hotels, to large commercial business. Business has been good, and it couldn’t be better actually, well, it can always do better. Lately because of the demand the company has gained more clients and now they have a full time staff.
Ambitious, at least that is what people tell him when they learn of what I’ve done with the twenty-four years of his life. Matteo will always be the first to admit he fits that descriptive bill to the T. He enjoy random days so he can do things like…reading or swimming or even shooting hoops down at the court not to far from my loft. Surprisingly he finds himself throwing and attending a lot of parties to get to know new faces. It allows him to promote the business.
Matteo is a man that loves the beach and rain. Spices, he got a love for them after tasting curry goat ( a Caribbean dish). Women, he enjoys their company. He likes to think of himself as a gentleman and romantic.There haven't been any serious relationship in years. Women seem more interested in the money in his bank account than him. Family is one of the most important things in my life and I think that will always be. Work, friends, dinners, parties, dancing and the like take up most of my time.
