Firstly it's in a zombie and gang controlled area, unlike the northern California area where my other character is based in, the city will be in the northeastern United States area, I'll call the state Lincoln after the several proposed 51st states of the same name.
This character is based of several "Evil clowns" like The Joker, Pennywise but a good portion of the influence comes from the most hated band in the world Insane Clown Posse.
I couldn't find an exact picture of what I picture him to look like but here are some pictures close to what I think him to look like.
The City of Delroy, a far cry from the decaying streets of San Fransisco, violent gangs and necromancer cults are kept to an absolute minimum here and its residents enjoy a peaceful life reminiscent of the old world but that doesn't stop people from dying.
Several residents have suddenly turned into violent bloodthirsty killers, benefiting from the local government covering up all strange happenings due to the need to maintain a peaceful air around the city.
One such killer is Laffy Larry.
He is a very strange case and many people believe him to only be a local urban legend, he is mainly noticed by children, who say they hear his wicked laughter before someone disappears.
Larry only kills select people, seemingly there is no pattern or reason for his killings, but all of them have something in common, they aren't afraid of clowns.
He has an interesting weakness, in that he himself is afraid of clowns, especially his own clown persona, if he sees his image in a reflective surface he suffers panic attacks and even tries to hurt himself.
Another weakness is things that remind him of his dead wife Elanor, pictures, videos and even simply saying her name has varied effects ranging from full blown anger to a crying fit.
Both a source of strength and weakness would have to be his daughter Joy, who wile seemingly innocent, is perfectly aware of what her father does, she not only knows it but supports it, occasionally helping distract police officers for him with a scared little girl routine, while her dad sneaks up on them and kills them, he is very protective of her and dangers himself and others just to see her safety.
Larry has a variant of bi-polar disorder, triggered by who is paying attention to him, while introverted he is the psycho killer, but if some pays attention to him and enjoys his presence and company he will swing into a kind hearted and very funny clown, who loves the spotlight and loves performing to people triggering his extroverted side.
That's about all I've devised for this character, there will be more to come once I develop him a bit more.
