bio:Kikyou is seen as a evil omen to all who see her true from with her wing basically she is from the black winged tribe of Komoga while her wings, hair and eye colour are white but she uses chakra to change her eye colour and hair dye to change them,
for being born with white wings she was thrown away from her father tribe the so she was taken in by her mother even through it cost her boyfriend,
Kikyou was raised in the same style of fighting and swordsmanship as her mothers clan thank to her training she has a good control of Chakra she wasn't very lucky in life she is only able to use one ability of her mothers clan which allow her to draw chakra in from the area around her and convert chakra into Stamina.
Her mother moved to Konoha because she was getting sick of people making her daughter cry, because the other members of the Hanyo clan were making fun of her and bullying her also Komogakure used it as a reason to make some bonds between konoha and them.
The Hanyo clan is known as the black winged reapers most of the clan members go on to become hunter-nin and bounty hunters some have even been seen collecting the dead bodys after battles and taking them back to the mountain castle for a unknown reason,
The Hanyo tribe her fathers clan which most of Kikyou ability's come from has for a unknown reason grown large black wings on they backs it is said that the clans took the castle from a tribe of bird demons that lived there in the tribes dying act they curse the clan that took they home to be like them and have huge black wings and forever want the dead.
Aside from all the clan members having wings they also have hollow bones which seem to be slightly stronger the normal human ones, they muscles develop in a unusual way may the person stronger and faster it is unclean why but the clan has developed a new way of using Chakra wear they use the chakra outside they body's.
Kikyou has learn the jutsu which lets her seal her wings inside her body and the one to let her happily release them when need,
without her wings she is able to move alittle fast then a normal person because her body weights alot less then it should for a person her age and with her level a muscle development her bone are hollow and seem to be a little stronger the normal human bones as well as a large amount of Chakra,
In her winged form she is unbelievable fast and is able to fly and use her wings to make strong gust of wind that can flap over something weighing a ton.
Kikyou has almost mastered the Shinmei-ryū style of fighting and her mother is trying to teach her Shadow clone know jutsu these are the only things the clan normally learn.
personality: Kikyou is a very cold and unfeeling person this is because she finds it hard to relate to people around her but when she is upset with someone she doesn't forget about it and well end up making them wish they hadn't have upset her.
She is some what happy but only shows it to people she trusts.

bio:Hitomi moved to Konoha because she was getting sick of seeing her child cry she made a deal with the Raikage so she could move to another village Konoha was chosen because it would help restore bonds that they once had she was send as a ambassador to konoha,
Hitomi is known in Komoga as the goddess of Flash because the only thing people notice after she attack is a flash from her sword as it is being put away.
Hitomi is a very good cook, her cleaning and washing skills are awesome and is a member of the Shinku clan of Komoga
as a menber of the Shinku clan
as a member of the Shinku her body ages at a very slow rate allowing her to live a huge life span also the member have a very fast healing system and the abilty to turn Chakra in stamina most Shinku are known for the Shinmei-ryu style of fighting and for being Synchronizers,
Synchronizers are able to the transfer of energy of ones being, eg. life, Stamina and Chakra.
If a Synchronizer completely takes every last bit of life force and Chakra she well learn everything that person knew and has done.
This transfer of energy is performed by the exchange of bodily fluids, such as another drinking their blood, saliva and so on.
personality: Hitomi is very kind and loving person outside of the battle field in combat she well take out people and thing so the battle is over quickly even if it mean taking out her own team she does refuses to kill unless it is needed.

background: Hitomi was given the job of Raikage after the last Raikage was Killed in a epic battle,
Hitomi is a very powerful ninja mainly because for most of her childhood she spent it training on her physical and mental abilities,
she did a few types of Training mostly they were Taijutsu to build up her Stamina and power,
When she turned seven years old she she began to take sword training from the Kengeki branch family slowly learning the Shinmei-ryū style of swordsmanship among a few other style of swordsmanship which was something her family didn't like very much mainly because her part of the clan were meant to be Genjutsu and Ninjutsu user more then anything else,
When she turned Nine years old she begin the training into her clans Bloodline limit she was found Hitomi was a full Synchronizers.
Hitomi learned how to make and control chakra in only one day and learned many of the clan abilities in only a five week,
she got send on a B ranked mission with her team while her teammates were all hurt in a bad way after the mission she was trying to keep them all alive until help come to safe them seeing it was useless to safe them all after the first day of waiting she then used her ability and drain all the life out of the Jonin who had told her to let him die so the other two could live so she could use his life force to keep the others alive in doing so she learned alot of Jutsu she would have never learn,
The first being how to use shadow clone using two shadow clones she could rest while the the two shadow clone keep her teammates alive she also had knowledge on medical jutsu and water/earth style jutsu she hadn't even learn about the five elements of chakra yet she and the other teammate lived in the wild for 8 days without help.
After getting back to her village after the mission she work on the new skill she had and then one day one of the high rank Shinku priests called her in for a meeting about her mission.
The priest knew what she had done the most forbidden and most unknown Jutsu Hitokage Shiyousha No Jutsu (soul consumer no Jutsu) in which the uses consumes another person entire life energy killing them but giving the user all the knowledge the powers of the other person even to point of copy that person chakra type and any bloodline limits the draw back of the Jutsu is that the user losses themself they own personally become weaker if a person uses it more then 5 times they well become mindless, cold and unable to do anything but kill,
the priest tell her unless the person is willingly to give they life the jutsu will consume her as well if she is not careful she man moves over to her and say in her ear,
i have called you hear because i am about to died not today but in a few days if not years i am old and i well die so i am going to let you consume me in so that you well be able to talk the clan over later she drinks her blood after that and kills him.

She spent most of her life after the Living a pertty normal Ninja life no one ever learned of the two people she killed she became known as the Mistress of Chakra within the lightning village because of her ability to move other peoples.

Ninjutsu:
Replacement Jutsu (Kawarimi no Jutsu)
Depending on the users element this Jutsu causes the user to be replaced by a elemental object and reaper some where near by. This Jutsu is used to get away from attacks or to confuse the enemy.

Lightning Ball (Raiton; Raikyuu)
Description: Raikyuu is a ninjutsu technique that utilizes the Lightning Element. By concentrating chakra into the palm of their hand, the user can hurl a sphere of lightning towards an opponent.

Lightning Release; Lightning Blast (Raiton; Raikou Bakuha No Jutsu)
Effect: The users fingertips begin to glow a light blue as they fire off lightning bolts from the fingertips, the more fingertips used the higher the chakra cost.

Lightning Release; Flash Bolt Skill (Raiton; Sekoi Boruto No Jutsu)
Effect: By gathering energy from the electrical ions in the air, and mixing it with chakra, the user of this technique can create an orb within there hands that, when released, creates a explosion radius of 5ft all around them.

Body Flicker Technique (Shunshin no Jutsu)
This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Shadow clones (Kage bunshin no jutsu)
Unlike the regular bunshin no jutsu, Kage bunshin creates real clones, not just illusions. The power and chakra of the user is evenly distributed among the clones depending how many there are. This makes it impossible to decipher which is the real body. This clone can also attack. If this clone recieves a direct hit, it will disappear. This is treated as a forbidden jutsu but many advanced shinobi still know it. It is mainly a jounin level technique.

Poison Gas (Doku Gasu)
The user breathes a large amount of Posion gas from there mouth, and anyone the breathes it in will be instantly Posioned.

Summoning Jutsu (Kuchiyose no Jutsu)
This Jutsu has the user summon a animal of sorts. (hitomi has a few of these)

Lightning Release; Thunder Clash Skill (Raiton; Denkou Gachin no Jutsu)
Effect: A skill that is normally used after a Lightning jutsu, to add a thunderous effect. When the lightning jutsu strikes, it will utter forth a shockwave which will send the opponent backwards. Increasing the distance between the user and the individual effected by the skill, giving a greater oppurtunity to plan the next attack.

Lightning Release; Lightning Scatter Shot Skill (Raiton; Raikou Gorogoro Tama no Jutsu)
Effect: A technique which is an upgraded version of the Lightning Blast Skill. Utilizing the same principles the user gathers chakra into their fingertips, but changing the nature of the chakra into electricity and then firing it off as what seems to be bullets. When striking against the ground, they let off a burst of electricity within a two foot radius.

Shadow Shuriken Clone Skill (Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu)
A technique that multiplies a thrown object into many exact replicas of the original - that all do real damage.

Dead Soul Skill (Shikon no Jutsu)
A jutsu which causes a dead bodies heart to beat for a few minutes. In this time, the user can move dead bodies, to act as targets or diversions.

Lightning Release; Storm Dance shield (Raiton; Arashi Buyou Toku)
Description:A defensive lightning jutsu that requires the buildup of bioelectric currents within the user's body, or lightning from the storm above. After performing the right hand-seals, the user is charged with electrical currents. They then perform the hand-seal of the crane, causing two bolts of lightning to start to the right and left sides of the user. After this, they fly up towards the sky, twisting around the user, forming a protective barrier blocking all that comes within range of them.

Lightning Release; Storm Dance Crash (Raiton; Arashi Buyou Shougeki)
Effect: Total damage can be re-organized and distrubited to opponent(s) or other objects and such, to the users will.
Description: Similar to the first storm dance, the user insteads perform a tiger and then goat hand-seal. After in which they take one hand, and have a bolt from the sky strike it (be it cloudy or not), as they then slam that hand on the ground. From their a wave of blue electricity sparks from the users feet, and expands in a circle like fashion, with blue elecritcal currents rising from the ground as the circle expands covering at most 30 yrd radius.

Lightning Release; Lightning Bolt Fang (Raiton; Ikazuchi no Kiba)
Description: Ikazuchi no Kiba is a ninjutsu technique that utilizes the Lightning Element. Reaching up into the sky, the user shoots a plum of electrified chakra-like essence into the clouds, causing a torrent of lightning to come crashing down towards an opponent.

Chakra Absorption (Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu)
This jutsu allows the user to absorb the opponent's chakra by putting his palm on the enemy. To activate this extraordinary ability the user has to concentrate a considerable amount of chakra into his hand, making a soft blue flame appear around it. The greatest disadvantage of this ability is that the user has to make contact in order to drain chakra.

Clone Great Explosion (Bunshin Daibakuha)
This jutsu works in combination with the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu and creates a Shadow Clone that will explode on command, potentially killing or injuring those caught in the blast.

Body Freeze Skill (Kanashibari no Jutsu)
Description: With this technique the user can freeze their opponent in their place preventing them from moving at all. used by Anbu members and Orochimaru.

Secret Healing Wound Destruction (In'yu Shōmetsu)
Hitomi can concentrate his chakra to a prepared area on his body and begin regenerating the moment the targeted area becomes damaged. Unlike normal healing, this can actually restore dead cells.

Lightning Release; Lightning Dragon Tornado (Raiton; Rairyuu no Tatsumaki)
Description: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a bolt of lightning to drop from the sky. The current will be contained within and around the user's form. They will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

Lightning Release; Tornado Lightning (Raiton; Toruneedo Raitoningu)
A lightning jutsu which harnesses alot of raw lightning power. The main power of this jutsu is creating long extensions of electricity from the hands. Spinning them in a circular motion , it tears through the surroundings and creates a massive wave of destruction. Leaving the area in a state like it was torn up by a tornado.

Technique Neutralize (Jutsu Shō)
This jutsu cancels or impedes the occurring of the opponent's technique. It uses the same amount of chakra as the jutsu it intends to cancel.

Telescope Technique (Tōmegane no Jutsu)
With this technique, one is able to view a distant location through the use of a clairvoyant crystal ball.

Mystical Palm Technique
This jutsu is a multi-purpose medical technique used by medic-nin to heal wounds and perform surgery. For the former, the user concentrates chakra to their hand and applies it to a wound, speeding up cell regeneration. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary. Because it is done with chakra, the user doesn't need to cut through their target's skin to reach muscles and organs. For this to be applied effectively in healing, a large amount of chakra is required. Using it to cut seems to be less chakra-intensive. This cutting aspect of this jutsu can also be used in combat, though it requires incredible precision on the user's part to be effective.

Lightning Release; Binding Chains of Lightning (Raiton; Bindingu Rensa Raikou No Jutus)
Effect: The user gathers chakra within their arm as it begins to spark with electricity. The user thrusts their arm forward sending forth a chain made of lightning that wraps around the opponent, shocking them while it is around them.


GenJutsu:
Transformation Skill (Henge no Jutsu)
Description: An illusionary technique where the user changes their body to look like someone else. Can also be used to look like animals or weapons. A basic Genjutsu that all shinobi can perform.

Cancel (Kai)
Description: Cancel is used to simply cancel another form of genjutsu.

Demonic Illusion: False surroundings technique (Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu)
Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu is a simple Genjutsu which changes the appearance of a nearby object.

Demonic Illusion; Double False Surroundings Technique (Magen: Nijū Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu)
This jutsu places another illusion on top of a previous illusion created by the user. If and when the target dispells the first illusion, they will not realize that a second is in place.

Bringer-of-Darkness Technique (Kokuangyo no jutsu)
This jutsu creates an area of complete darkness around the victim, enabling the user to attack without being seen.


Taijutsu:
Match Kick
A high speed kick that hits the opponent in multiple places in an instant.

Swan Kick
This attack is a quick Kick if it hit it automaticly replaces him above the enemy for another Kick to the top of his head or shoulders

Goken
Goken requiring great strength and speed, as well as mastering the opening of the eight chakra gates in the body to tap massive amounts of chakra at the cost of increasingly severe physical damage, and even death, to oneself. Gōken is the most basic form of Taijutsu. It aims at inflicting external damage and breaking bones.

Match Punch (Taren Ken)
A TaiJutsu attack at such a high speed it seems there is a thousand punches coming at the opponent. The speed is so fast that it is impossible to tell where they direction of the main punch is coming from.

Eight Gates (Hachimon)
The eight chakra gates are eight specific points on a person's chakra circulatory system. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By opening these gates, the user can surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own bodies.
Hitomi is able to open Seven gates she is unsure weather or not she can open her last gate she is scared to do so,
The gates and what they release are listed below:

1. Opening (Initial) (Kai-mon)
Releases the brain's limit the total strain on the muscles, giving the user five times their normal strength.

2. Rest (Heal) (Kyu-Mon)
Releases the brain's limit on the body's stamina, making a battle-worn person become miraculously ready to fight as if the fight had just started.

3. Life (Sei-Mon)
Is located on the spinal cord, and releases the limit on the nervous system, which makes information travel at a faster rate and creates even more stamina. As a side effect, the user's skin turns red, indicating an increased blood-oxygen level.

4. Pain (Harm / Wound) (Sho-Mon)
Releases the limit on oxygen intake in the lungs, creating much more oxygen for the body to use.

5. Closing (Limit) (To-Mon)
Releases the limit on the amount of chakra released at one time.

6. Joy (View) (Kei-Mon)
Removes the limit on how much fat and proteins the intestines can digest, and releases otherwise useless energy resources, giving the user even more power and stamina.

7. Shock (Wonder / Insanity) (Kyo-Mon)
Removes the limit on how fast the body can move, removes wastes from dead skin cells to feces, and gives the body a much cleaner system to work with, producing even more power and stamina.

8. Death (Shi-Mon)
Opens the final gate located at the heart and uses up all of the body's energy. It makes the heart pump at maximum power and exceeds the power of every other gate. All the energy in every individual cell is used up, giving the user power well above that of any Kage. This "big bang" effect is only temporary, and destroys every muscle in the user's body. Death is assured when opening this gate.

Shinmei-ryū style of fighting

Weapons:
Sia Shishikushira, the Sia Shishikushira is a small bladed weapon which user is able to use like a normal blade or as between one-Sixteen blades which float in mid-air around the user letting them to control it with his/her mind and channel Chakra through them in order to make very powerful attacks from many durations at once or make sealing circles to bind people or things in place Kikyou is only able to use two of it blade the weapon she can make 10 of the 16 blade but she can only use two in the correct way,
the reason for this is because the Sia Shishikushira takes 30 years of training before a person is even able to use it to the full power,
Her other weapon is her sword Kagutsugi which is a Nodachi and is 1.6 meter in total length 40 centimeter is the handle, the weapon was given to her for mastering Shinmei-ryū among other swordsmen style arts of the Kengeki clan,
Along the hilt of her sword the are some summoning signs each one has a summoning scroll in it,
Summoning weapon scrolls (for bombs all types, Kunai, Shuriken and Exploding Tag she has five small scrolls with 70 of each weapon but the bombs are in a 30light 20smoke 20gas).
