Fuyou Seirei
The Fuyou Seirei is a small clan that all become Priest or Priestess that thanks to the clans Ryugan (this is a eye skill) have a strong bond with the spirit world to the point were the member of this clan have learn how to use the powers of the other world,
they gained a skill called the Ryugan when the family was helping a huge dragon the dragon was hurt and was dying because the clan helped the dragon past over more easily the dragon gave the woman who help him most his eyes and made it so the eyes would past into all her children and they children,
they are also able to float and move through non-living matter the clan also have learn how to take control of another person and even move in and out of the Spirit world.
Abilities
Ryugan: The Ryugan which synchronizes with the spirits of all things,
thus it gives the user a type of prescience that allowed him/her to see anywhere past, present, possible futures, the area area them within 500meters, as well as seeing and hearing the dead.
The user can also use the Dragon's Eye to astral project,
The Ryugan is known for its capacity to consume Chakra and stamina indefinitely, so sustaining it too long can cause the user to lose consciousness the Ryugan can only be use for a total of 20min a day.
The Fuyou are able to float about a meter to 2.5 meters phase out of the phyical world,
make them self unable to be affected by Non-living matter and even talk to the dead souls
