Tears twinkling on her face as she stares into his starry gaze
Their faces lit up by the beautiful winter sun
Crying her heart out if front of him, he hugs her and doesn't let go
Staring at the reflection in his eyes she sadly sighs
"I love you!" she says
"I love you too!" he replies
They kiss
She then stares into that reflection one last time
As she watches his very last breath flow from his body

As weeks go by she can't seem to remember the last thing she saw in his eyes that day
Asides sadness and love and regret
She climbs up on her roof and stares out at the ocean and open sky
And she finally remembers
That the reflection was
The beautiful pink, orange, and aburn sky...
The very last beautiful sunset of life...
