Sammy had 3 hours of maths revision this morning before having to go off and sit for another two hours doing her maths exam. It started at least 20 minutes late meaning she didn't get home until late, and then she had to go out into the heat to walk a dog as soon as she got back. Needless to say, she's not at her happiest.
But the school DID let us have lunch early since they said we had to be in the exams hall early, which is alright I guess. They're not allowed to deny us our breaktimes, so at least that's ONE rule they're following fairly closely. Most days.
Heh, I don't think your assistant head is going to live down what he said to a newspaper a while ago about there being absolutely no bullying in your school.
No idea where that came from, dearest, but I agree. There is, in fact, A LOT of bullying going on in our school - I for one have been victimised for the past 5 years I've been there, but the school appears to prefer just pulling the wool over outsiders' eyes and silencing the insiders with empty promises that they'll get to the bottom of it.
Now, I DID have my doubts a few days ago about whether my parents were in fact serious about letting me change schools after my first term of Sixth Form, if I found that I truly was still as unhappy there as I am now. But I heard my dad talking to my uncle about it over the phone (I can eavesdrop very well when sitting at the top of the stairs lol ) and although he really does want me to stay, he is still going to honour my wishes. That's very noble of him, it must be said.
He's also getting you a new phone for your birthday, isn't he?
Yes but that is a must. The phone I have now can barely last a day on a single battery charge. This is my sales pitch for the day, ladies and gentlemen: DON'T BUY A LOBSTER BRAND OF MOBILE PHONE. I understand Becki's got the same brand AND problem as I have, so it may be just a faulty product in all.
