I am BACK from my week in Center Parcs and, apart from me having a nervous breakdown the day before we came home, it was fairly tolerable.
Um, tolerable?
Yes. My parents thought it would be a fantastic idea to 'surprise' me this year and bring Becki with us. I was absolutely HORRIFIED.
Why? Becki's your best friend.
Yea, but I took a friend last year. THIS YEAR it was my BROTHER'S turn and he brought Craig, whom I actually don't mind as long as he stays out of my way. Last year I learned that I can't tolerate people outside of my immediate family and my boyfriend, for more than 2 consecutive days, and I TOLD my mother this. I drove myself INSANE on the boat having to be around her for 2 WHOLE WEEKS with no break in between. I thought Center Parcs was gonna be a nice rest to get away from everything and spend some quality time with my parents, but NO!! My folks' ability to understand and listen carefully to me after almost seventeen years appalls me. Thankfully I had Luke to keep me together when he called me every couple of days. Even then I was hard-pressed to find a signal whenever he tried.
Are we done bitching?

Good...good parts of holiday?
I fed the ducks and geese and taught a duck to fly up to catch his bread. Twas funny. Also we managed to get 2 squirrels into the villa at once and I got a photo of them. My dad got bitten by one of them which was actually quite amusing because he was just giving them the last of the nuts and it attacked him. Maybe it didn't like the fact we were leaving...
And I'm sure you have one more bit of news, mooglet?

FINE. My GCSE results are coming through next Thursday. I can go pick them up at school by 10am. I'm just gonna take the envelope home and open them at home, away from the screams and cries and all that. I've got 4 Bs straight away thanks to my IT course being the equivalent of 4 GCSEs, and I got a Merit which equals 4 Bs. I'm VERY CONFIDENT that I've got an A in my Psychology, but the rest would be shots in the dark and I would most likely miss.
