So I finally gave my two weeks notice. And I applied for yet more jobs.
And I applied for yet more jobs.
And more.
And more.
And still....nothing.
I only have one week of work left.....and I'm getting afraid.
Not only am I afraid that I won't get another job, I'm more afraid that I'm going to get another INFERIOR job. One that doesn't pay me well. One that doesn't pay me benefits. One that expects me to deal with being a grunt at the bottom of the ladder indefinitely.
It just makes me want to SCREAM!
How can someone get a job when they were unable to get an internship in college because they had to work? How can someone get a meaningful occupation when there is nowhere to start? How can I do something that is both interesting and pays marginally well?
AGH! Why is this so HARD?!
