I have been looking for this for a while and i finally found the lighter necklace that shin has. In case anyone else wants to find it just search "Shin lighter cosplay" on e-bay. heres a pic of it and you can find it for about $40-50 with shipping.

I'm pretty sure it does work as an actual lighter, depending on which you're looking at. It usually says. And yes, it's not real Vivienne. It's a cosplay item. It's the same design as the the Vivienne lighter but different in random ways and not as special as the limited edition Orb lighter. And probably not as sturdy. The real thing is way more expensive and extremely hard to find, so Japan released this item for cosplayers. It's a cool item but yeah, not as cool as the original~

dude that's just a vivienne westwood lighter. you can probably get a replica pretty cheap.
