So I'm only on chapter 6.

Well you can ignore my post as I've never read any Harry Potter books, so I just picked whatever had the coolest sounding name. xd

*scratches head* I must not have paid attention to th part in which Wormtail died because I don't remember it at all.

I just finished it today. Hedwig's death totally shocked and upset me but that's just because she was an innocent animal caught up in the whole thing. I really can't decide who's death upset me the most. Probably Fred because now George doesn't have the twin to joke with anymore and the family had just all gotten back together. Lupin, Tonks, and Mad Eye are upsetting too (and Snape really) but I think I was flying through the book so fast last night through all of that that it didn't really hit home. I was just so eager to finish the book and see how it all really ends (and it was like 5 am and I knew Dale wanted the lights turned out but i couldn't find a good ending spot) that none of the 'emotion' of it all sank in. I got the idea of it but didn't feel anything for it. Once I reread it eventually, I'll take my time and I'm sure it'll shock me more. Totally sucks about Teddy though.

Oh yeah! Now I remember Wormtail dying. Totally not sad about it but that was kind of an awful way to go.

I can't imagine how they'll do the seventh movie. It's a very dark, somber book. Hardly any, if any actually, comic relief at all. It'll be very much like the Lord of the Rings I think where there were quite a few funny scenese in the first one but as it progressed into the third it was all drama.

Okay - First off -CURSE THIS THREAD!! >=( I accidently caught a glimps of 'Lupin' and was like 'NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! HE DIES?'

Made all the more upsetting once I got to that part, and BOTH Lupin AND Tonks die. They just had a baby!! And now he's all Harry Potter-like, in that he has no parents, because of 'He-who-must-not-be-named'. b*****d! stare

But yeah. I hated Fred dieing!! I really did!! emo I think Percy should have died! stare But I understand why the Authoress did it. She wanted to get across, that just because they're good guys - doesn't mean that they'll survive. She had to get across that it was a WAR and in wars, people - both good and bad die. So someone loved by the audience had to die. But I was still upset.

I liked Mad-eye. He rocked. emo

And the whole 'NOBODY TOUCH HER, SHE'S MINE' thing was great too (although that one's paraphrased, but still awesome!). 3nodding

I haven't seen the 5th one in theaters yet. I didn't know Sirius and Lupin were supposed to be gay. That wouldn't have been bad. I mean...there weren't any gay characters in any of the books, were there? I don't remember any. Should have had some but I guess since the books were getting banned for one reason she didn't want to give them another reason? Or would they just not publish them?
