Well, it does sound like hormones. Sugary foods can help! Also, lookin' at funny stuff and tryin' to avoid things that may make you upset. You could also try to remember funny times you've had or funny things you've seen or heard when things start goin' downhill! Also, I'd recommend not hittin' the caffeine so much, and take naps instead. Caffeine can make people a little edgy when it's used too much, and lack of sleep can affect mood as well. You might feel like just sleepin' and eatin' because that's what your body needs! Proper nutrition (and sugar) is good at makin' a person feel good, same goes for undisturbed rest. A happy body makes a happy person!

Well, I do support what Semok is saying.
Except I'd recommend chocolate. Not "sugary" things in general, because most of that sugar does absolutely nothing to help your body feel right, and could be keeping you from feeling "in control". Besides the fact that chocolate is a natural stimulant, and boosts endorphins.
When I get like that, I generally just take a few days off of activity and stuff, eat chocolate, read, play videogames, draw, sleep. And the phase wears off after awhile.
But, and I hope I don't sound like my mother here, I do recommend staying hydrated. For one, crying frequently can leave you dehydrated- which can be dangerous. For two, it will make your body feel better. I mean, say you caught some bug or something that is making you feel this way. Not a serious bug or anything, but something that has your entire body out of whack- such as horomones and crying and need to eat. And drinking plenty of fluids (such as water- nothing too sugary or processed) will help it move through your body. And then you'll feel all better, again.
This also sounds like symptoms of depression. Maybe just a teenage depression, because that's what teenagers do. A bit of angst? So maybe get in-touch with "inner-Nikki" do a little thinking. I would even think that maybe you need to hang out with a friend who you generally feel stable emotion-wise around, and just have fun.
Mmm but really? I'm not really good with horomonal problems.

Fingers shove to the back of your throat..I get like that all the time. But with the way I handle it, I probably shouldn't give out advice. ..For a little sex appeal.
