Physical Description: The girl's face is more round than oval, though still fairly thin. Bright emerald eyes are framed with long, thick eyelashes. Her iris is lined with a defined black outline. A straight bridge leads into a small nose, which could be called a 'button nose'. Full lips are often curved in a smile, the tender flesh is a natural dark pink in color. A soft, round chin completes her face, more cute than stunning.

Silky strands adorn her crown, now sholder length hair. The creamy black strands are currently free of any unusualcolour. Often simply styled, the girl often pulls it up into a messy bun. Even so, it's usually a tousled mess. Now with bangs that sweep to the side, a new habit of tucking the strands away so she can see fully has formed. Her ears are usually normal human ones, but they are a result of a concealing spell. The girl's real ears are long and covered with thin white fur.

Satomi has the old fashion hourglass figure that women used to wear corsets for. A tapered waist, that curves out to well defined hips. All of this, and her chest are all well balanced out. Her skin is smooth and soft naturally. The shade is a healthy tanned colour that is permanent and perfectly even. Though only 5' 3", her legs are well proportioned to her body, so they look longer.

She has a few distinct markings. One is the design on her hand. The marking is one of her only hints of her origin. She's not sure if it's a natural marking, or a tattoo from before. A tattoo also adorns her back now, a recent addition to her body. It's on her left shoulder blade. Also, a slender and snow white tail now adorns her body, usually wrapped around her hips if not hidden by her consealing spell.

History: Satomi was born 862 years ago, the first child of the Ruling family of Bryre, with three siblings born after her. This place is an alternate dimension, where her race fled to hundreds of years ago, before he father began his rule. Her life was fairly peaceful until her time as a teen in Naem'ir standards.

Brought up under a loving mother and farther, Satomi was not lacking much of anything in her life. Born after her, was her brother - destined for the throne - and twin sisters. She was their role model, and second mother, as she grew older when their mother was not present due to matters regarding the ruling of Bryre. They understood the duty their parents had, and knew that if they had a choice their parents would spend more time with them.

When she was old enough, Satomi began to receive an education as all the children did. Her's was the same as her brother's even though she was not to take the throne simply due to tradition. It was intended for her to act as a supervisor since she showed great ability in being just, and having clear thinking along with caring for the people had possessing good ideas. While almost too caring and emotional, it was still thought that over all she would do well in the position.

Not one to resent things, Satomi was simply happy with her role. If anything, she preferred to be behind her bother, supporting him with ruling. Since she was not to be ruler, her training was a little slacker for both formal and regarding her personality. As a result, Satomi grew up much more carefree then most order siblings would, and as a result keep her softer personality.

Things changed in later years, not long after her Uncle appeared into her and her sibling?s life. They had heard of their father's brother, but never had he actually been more then a name. Right off the back Satomi didn't like him. In her opinion he 'felt wrong'. Her brother, and sisters felt the same way but the man managed to charm the younglings. Expressing her unease with the man to her father, he agreed but suggested they just see how it went.

Avoiding the man when she could, Satomi carried on normally. Save the fact she was always jumpy, especially after a month or so her uncle being there. Shortly after one day where the girl was so heavy with dread, she felt sick and drained all day her father came up to her. A blood red stone was handed to her, father somber and intense. After swearing to keep it safe - especially from her uncle - it was passed to her for safe keeping.

It wasn't long after it was entrusted to her, that the dangerous brother of her father came looking for the pendant. Ushering the children away, the parents came to stand against the man. In his anger, he overpowered both his brother and his brother's wife. Once they both fell, Satomi knew. Hushing her brother and sister, and telling their nanny to run if danger came close - with or without her - she left their hiding spot to face the man without the rest of her family getting in the way.

Without hesitation, Satomi faced Idrael and took his blows as he struck her in his anger. With a shout for her family to flee, they did - taking their parents with them to safety. Since the girl was the one possessing the pendant, Idrael paid no heed to the others. His goal was to get the pendant from the stubborn girl, and began to beat her. With harsh threats and blows she couldn't defend against despite her training and skill, the man slowly began to heighten Satomi's fear.

Once it had reached it peak, and the girl could barely move Idrael had believed he was in the clear. With an ominous grin, he reached for the pendant around her neck that she could barely clutch. With the memory of her father telling her to protect it - the fear in his eyes strong - she panicked. The last thing she remembered was screaming, and feeling the pendant heat up. A breeze laced with black and red strands of energy swirled around her, watched my wide emerald eyes before a bright red life engulf her. After that, everything went black.

When she woke up next, Satomi was sprawled out in some bushes, in an unfamiliar place. Aching all over and head pounding, she sat up and tried to remember anything. Nothing came to mind, and she didn't know what to think. All that she could remember was her first name, and a bright red light laced with black. Unable to move, she passed back out.

The next time she awoke, it was in a soft bed. While she was still sore, her head and stopped spinning and pounding. A few minutes later a kind looking woman stepped into the room, and explained that they had found her in the forest near their house completely beaten and close to death. For the past week, she had been sleeping as they nursed her to better health. After speaking, the family offered to let her stay with no problem, since she could not remember anything.

Satomi stayed there for about a year, slowly getting to know the world. Once comfortable with everything - Despite the kindness of the family - the girl began to wander in hopes of finding somewhere she fit in a little more.


Naem'ir

Appearance
The Naem'ir are an advanced race of what used to be Cat Demons. They share some of the same traits as the feline species, but altered. They have taken a more human appearance, losing a lot of the original features over the years.

Their ears are no longer as small, nor perched up on the top of the head. They are settled on the sides, long and slender. The insides face downwards, with the furry part on the top. The colour ranges to any normal fur colour, though white is exclusive to the royal family. They often are the key to reading the emotions of Naem'ir, though many of the breed have control over them.

At a young age, the feline race does not have a tail. It's a final sign of maturity, usually appearing a few into what would be equivalent of the ending of the teen phase of a human. It appears near the end of puberty, usually over the span of a night. The fur is the same colour as the ears, usually with some kind of marking of a different shade.

Some of the Naem'ir have markings on their body, on the left palm of their hand. Only the royal family possess the mark. It is passed onto the mate of the ruling member, once their bond is complete. Also, the heir receives the full mark, while siblings will only posses a fraction of it.

Their bodies are built small and slender, the race developed for agility, stamina and flexibility. They are stronger than humans, and other races, naturally but not in comparison to many. Their natural ability of speed does make up in battle. Though they choose a more peaceful life, the Naem'ir are built for war.

Abilities

Retractable Claws
At a young age, all learn to extend their claws. It's the most basic of survival, a weapon they always have with them. Most young learn basic combat

Dimension shift
A natural ability of the Naem'ir. Though, many are not strong enough to be able to slip through the barriers that separate the realms. Only the strongest are able to do so easily. It takes an extended amount of time to learn, even more so for those that are weaker.

Time Shift
A very rare ability. Only a small amount every few decades show the potential for this skill. Even so, many of those that do recieve it, can only travel up to a few years back and occasionally forward. There is the rare chance that one of the Naem'ir, usually a royal, can move between any length of time.



Abilities


Aura Detection
This is the ability to detect other's auras within a range depending on how much energy she releases. This ability also allows her to pick up on emotions. If they are strong enough, they'll invade her mind. Otherwise, she'll need to contact to skin, or sometimes just within close range.

Aura Manipulation
The ability to twist, shape, and solidify an aura.

Physical Barriers
Due to aura manipulation, Satomi can create soild barriers, for blocking phsysical strikes. As long as the user's engery is high and they aren't distracted, the barrier will block any phsyical strike. It can be shattered if the user's concentration breaks, or with certain magics. It is also more tolling on her body, due to the fact it's uses more engery to make it a soild force.

Metaphysical Barrier
This allows Satomi to block most non-physcial attacks. It works much in the same manner as the physical barrier, with the difference of the types of attacks it blocks. It is much less of an effort for her, using less energy.

Vanishing
This allows Satomi to dissapear in plan sight. She does not leave the spot, but merely twists her aura so she is no longer in view. It is nearly impossible to detect her, since it uses vertially no engery. As a result, she can hide her signature with ease.

This technique is very useful in combination with other skills, or for hiding in plain sight when needed.

Move Prediction
Because she can see auras, and the way they shift, Satomi can see how a person is going to move. This allows her to be able to dodge and block blows easily, even if her speed isn't quite up to par with a person she's fighting.

Mind Invastion
An abilities that allows the user to enter the mind. It is a simple matter fo slipping between the cracks, on a weaker mind. Stronger are more difficult, though can still be done. If the person had any abilites relating, or awareness of such a thing then they can easily block any efforts if more powerful.

This does not allow her to read mind, but put illusions, and ideas in. It's a very usual skills of manipulatig someone. The only exception would be if they person allowedit, and focused on a certain thought and directing it to her. Only then, would she be able to see anything.

Illusions and smoke
The girl has control over smoke and mist, allowing her to weave illusions or solid forms.

Dark Fog Materials
Using only smoke as her building materials, Satomi is able to create and fashion smoke into nearly any weapon or object that she desires. Meaning that she can switch from her tonfas to her bo staff by first transmuting it into smoke and then refashioning it.

Smoke Sentinels
Using smoke once more, Satomi can fashion a number of effigies that look and move just like her. They have no free will of their own and are incapable of inflicting physical harm, due to them being made of nothing but smoke. However, when paired with Trick the Senses, it becomes a powerful combo.

Trick of the Senses
This technique works much like the same way as throwing one's voice does. Only instead of a voice, its Satomi's ki or other energy signatures that are made to appear in a different place. While hiding from an opponent, she is able to make her ki appear in a different place other than the spot she is at, enabling her chances for surprise attacks and defense to be much greater.

Time Abilities

Dimension shift
A natural ability of the Kur'Lasara. Though, many are not strong enough to be able to slip through the barriers that separate the realms. Only the strongest are able to do so easily. It takes an extended amount of time to learn, even more so for those that are weaker.

Satomi possesses this power, and a lot of it. She's amoung the strongest of the Kur'Lasara to have the ability. Both her mother and father have this skill, though she has already begun to develop it at such a young age.

While she still currently has no control over it, or awareness of how to use the power, Satomi possesses the ability. It was proven when her Uncle moved to attack her. The extent of her power is unknown but it's suspected that she is one of the rare few that can tap into the limitness of it.

Quick step: The simple thing of speeding time up around her body, the girl can quicken herself considerably.

Chronos Pause: The girl uses it to move instantously from one spot to another. Stopping time in an area for a time, it allows Satomi to travel without the other knowing. She can only hold it for a few seconds, and is not able to use it constantly. She only uses it to dodge things she couldn't otherwise. To the other person, it is as if she simply is in one spot, then in another.

Ki Abilities

Flight
Satomi can use her own ki to fly. It's very simple, and one of the first thigns she learned. She can also uses this ability even when on the ground, either to swiftly pick up or lower speed.

Kiai
This is one of the most basic ki attacks in existence, as it requires only the most basic knowledge of ki to utilize. More experienced fighters can, however, vary how they use it. A normal kiai sends a large 'wave' of physical, invisible, rapidly moving ki in a single direction, some varying in strength. A larger kiai is harder to dodge, but no kiai can be deflected or held back. They can be cancelled out upon impact with a very large object, or they can simply be resisted. Unlike heat caused by friction or explosions upon impact, like most other ki attacks, a kiai is more like a monster wrecking ball. Since it isn't an actually manifested object, it's impossible to push away from it or change it's course by attacking it.

Ki Ball/Beam/Blast
A very basic and average category of attacks. First, the ball. Satomi can use her energy to create a small ki ball, which she can throw at an opponent. A beam, which is somewhat stronger than a ki ball, is fired, rather than thrown, and appears like a thick ki ball shooting forward like a meteor, with a tail of energy behind it. Lastly, the strongest of the bunch, is the ki blast. Blasts are also fired from the body, but the blast-off spot from the palms is much more explosive, with no compactness or form at all, and no beam or head of the blast. It simply blasts outward in a destructive and overall effective manner.

Satomi has learned to vary how much power goes into one of the attacks. She can stop and charge as much energy as he wishes into each one. Though there is no special technique, he can easily thrust all of his current energy reserve into a single ball, beam, or blast.

Ki Lend
This gives Satomi the ability to give others his own ki energy.


Ki Detection
Satomi can sense ki extremely well, no matter how small, large, or great in number.

Ki Supression
Training with this technique for a while, Satomi has become able to suppress her Ki. She isn't able to hide it completely. Only to the point where someone has to be searching for Ki to be able to pick up on a slight trace.



Weapons


Mineral Weapon
Mineral Weapon
Mineral Weapon The Mineral is a weapon Keno came across in his travels during his youth. It is initially worthless, but over time it becomes very valuable to it's user. Upon obtaining a Mineral, the weapon will feed directly off of the minerals within it's wielder's blood, which drains one of a huge amount of energy and can leave him weakened if he does not keep up his stregnth.

The mineral came to be in Satomi's possession, by her receiving it from Keno.

Density: the Mineral has two types of density: overall and current. The Mineral's current density is all up to the bearer. S/he is able to bear the mineral as any weapon, but it can be much denser than any normal weapon of the same type. Though the density does indeed contribut to the weapon's weight, it always feels relatively weightless to the user. Overall density is a matter of how long and how much the Mineral feeds off of its host. Heavy eaters will have denser weapons a lot sooner than moderate or light eaters.

Morphing: As said above, the Mineral can be formed into any weapon the bearer chooses except for firearms and explosives. It can also be used as a body shell for defensive purposes. Depending on the Mineral's current overall density, it can be used for several weapons, one really powerful weapon, or more protective armor.

Healing: The Mineral's healing ability is more of a repair procedure. Should the user suffer a wound, as small as a paper cut or as serious as internal bleeding, the Mineral can be used to repair the body so that it can function properly. That being said, it cannot recover ki or stamina, only the body's physical condtion.

Secondary Apendage: The Mineral does not always have to be wielded as an external weapon. It can extend from the pores of the body to take most any shape to be used for offense or defense as well. Keno's usual use of this ability is to have the Mineral spike out of his body.


Seinorei: Spirit of Life
Created thousands of years ago by the first sorcerers of the planet of Orion, it was created to vanquish the dark forces' armies. Thousands of magicians and the most powerful warriors gave their lives to add to the power that this sword now holds, giving it the most pure energy known to the universe, and giving it the power to vanquish evil.

The sword was lost several thousand years ago, but Deity was able to retrieve it. He unfortunately can't make the best use of it, as he isn't pure of heart.

Seinorei has a set of eight spells, sealed inside by eight Ancient Orinian symbols. When any spell is used, the blue blade glows brightly, and that particular spell symbol vanishes. Something to take note is that using these spells does not drain all of one's ki. Seinorei's power reacts to the purities within the user's soul: the more impure you are, the less power you can attain, and the heavier the sword will be to lift, no matter your strength.

The one downside is that if the user loses physical contact, the spells deactivate and must be cast again. Every spell causes the Seinorei to emit an extraordinary bright light that is so powerful, nothing in existence can even slightly dim the powerful shine of the Seinorei, so it is very useful in darker areas. The eight spells of Seinorei include:

Please Note: None of the attack spells listed here can be deflected, nor can any of them harm the caster, or one who is pure (or close to pure) of heart.

Spell One - Time Spell. This allows the caster to manipulate a single object, and turn time into reverse or fast forward for a maximum of however many symbols they have activated, in days. (1 spell = 1 day/8 spells = 8 days) This can be used to repair damage (going back in time) or heal wounds (going forward through time).

Spell Two - Protection Spell. This technique allows the user to cast a protective barrier, of any kind. They can cast a shield connected to their arm, that they could carry around, or they could cast a dome-like barrier around a group of people, fifty yards off. The size and power of the shield depends on how many spells are activated.

Spell Three - Death Wave. The Seinorei's second strongest attack, which is shared by it's twin blade, Shinorei. It is exactly as it sounds: a bright tidal wave of blue ki is hurled at the opponent with incredible force and impact. It works much like a large energy blast, but is stronger and harder to avoid. It's power multiplies depending on how many spells are activated.

Spell Four - Dome Crash. A large, transparent, blue sphere appears around the caster, or wherever he chooses to cast the sphere, starting at 4 feet in radius. Nothing can leave the circle, but it does allow things to enter. After a moment, the dome crashes into itself, smashing whatever is inside. It's power works like a kiai's, and it's width is determined by the amount of spells activated. (4 spells = 8 foot diameter/8 spells = 16 foot diameter)

Spell Five - Kienzan. This works exactly as the normal Kienzan, with a few exceptions. They can vary in size more, depending on how many spells are activated. They are also stronger. Seinorei can throw the same amount of discs as there are spells activated each time the spell is cast, and can home in on targets if they are commanded to.

Spell Six - Chaos Splinter. A long energy extension is extracted from the tip of the sword, having the same cutting capabilities as the Kienzan. It does not make the sword any heavier, making it easy to swing. It's length can be anywhere from 6, to 12, to 18 feet long.

Spell Seven - Transformation. This grants blade itself more power. It causes the blade to incease it's physical form. It's new length is determined by the purity in the user's soul...which can be anywhere from no change at all to a six foot difference. It's simply a spell to beef up the sword.

Spell Eight - Spirit Fusion. This spell results in the sword's spirit fusing with that fo the caster, making it part of them in a sense. The bright blue spiritual aura seeps from the material blade into the arm, in the vague form of a sword. It becomes weightless, and can be retracted into the arm. Attack power is greatly increased. Each spell is at maximum power here, and this spell allows the Spirit Crash attack. It works like spell four, except the impact is more like burning ki than a kiai. The Spirit Crash is also in the shape of a dome, but it expands and retracts very quickly, exploding outwards about a quarter mile before imploding on itself, causing tremendous damage to anything within range that isn't pure of heart.

Note: Satomi is not in possession of the sword. She is merely capable of using it if she has retrieved it from Deity.


Liquid Metal

Liquid metal is a weapon native to the Naem'ir. It is exactly as it's name states, a metal that can take on a liquid form. The orgins of the weapon are in question, but there's a theory that it was pure accident that someone of the Naem'ir race stumbled upon it when moving to the dimension they currently reside in. To this day, it's mined and crafted to be a very powerful and useful weapon for the race.

The dormant form of it, is usually the shape of a gauntlet that hugs the owner's arm. The size varies, depending. The more slight the...
