This is how it is for my toon and everyone elses and even NPCs.
I've tried logging and still the same. I don't know what to do. I don't see how it's my graphic setting because it's worked fine for the past week and I've had no problems.

That happens to me a lot, but when I log in it's fine.

Usually, it's because you don't bother sitting through the load screen.

But I dunno.
It usually goes away for me when I try relogging.
