This thread is basically a serious discussion OOC thread. I ask that it stay locked off from the regular members. Any ideas or serious topics tha tneed be discussed will be discussed here. Should any of the members have any opinions, post it in the OOC thread and we'll quote you and consider your opinion in that manner. I'm hoping this will make our discussions more efficient without getting in anyone else's way.

Well first discussion topic I suppose. Should I open up Twin Shados now since at least the central building is done? The other areas can stay under construction, but we can at least get the place up and running.

I'd say keep it hidden for now; those of us who have still been to lazy to make our areas don't need random people posting in our unfinished zones

That's true, but you can lock them so no one can post. When activity is minimal, you can post or simply have someone else watching the thread to delete the unwanted posts.

Yeah, but the other mods need to put place holders in the character profile first. After that we can start invites.

Well I'm gonna go ahead and open this place up to our friends. So any friends you guys have that you feel may be interested in the place, go ahead and invite them. Non fighters are also welcome to be invited, but I'm not sure if this place will appeal to them very much yet.

Hey guys Keno has been sifting through a couple of ideas that he hopes will generate more member activity. Outside of the regulars here or those who feel they have an RP 'purpose' in this thread, our members pretty much don't do anything at all. That in mind, I have been thinking about opening up a few subforums that provide services aside from fighter RP. One such subforum would be exclusivley for learning and practicing Japanese (which seems so out of place where it is now).
Also, it seems the council has faltered and, to be honest, though I think the information that was provided is beneficial, I don't think it is ultimately going to matter much if the users that represent anything outside of ki or mage fighters don't participate. Therefore I'll probably summarize the information provided into one single thread, relocate it here, and reformat that subforum into something else.
Other things I have been thinking about utilizing are gold builder/word game threads, and events and contests. These are stage one ideas at the moment however so opinions from you guys are needed. Remember, all non-mods who have opinions should PM one of us or post in the OOC thread. Later.
