Isn't it funny how people try to tell you what to do on the net? Mods and staff are an exception. However...I am over 20, right? Teenagers try to tell me what to do. When that happens, I tell them, uhh... you need to ASK me. Not tell me what to do. ASK me. Except for staff, I have a problem with people my own age telling me what to do, even. Has this ever occurred to anyone on the net? Why can't people see that you just can't make someone stop just because you tell them to? Usually, when someone tells me what to do it's over something little such as...this one guy wanted me to keep something up over IMs because we were RPing. I can't explain what it was, though.

Not true. I don't have a hard life. Not everyone is controlling. I am 21 years old. I am a young adult and people can't tell me what to do...except my mom, teachers, and those kind of people.

I don't mean that kind of boss. I even mentioned that in my thread. I'm well aware of that. I'm a college student and I've had a job before. I'm talking about people that control you in a way they shouldn't.

Oy. I do not need to grow up. I hate it when people tell me that. I was trying to make the point that I laugh at people who think they can control me on the net. And I also left the option open in the first post for people to discuss people that control you in general and not just off the net.

That's exactly what I am saying in this thread. People on the internet can't control me. I said that in the first post, hun. In real life, it's harder though. The concept of this thread is just to give stories and vent about it.

For example, I was going to move into the apartment with a couple girls. A friend of mine gave her mom the key to the apartment. Well, her mom gave her the key and that was something we did not want cause she's controling. Even though it's our apartment, she's the kind of person that would come in without asking and do who knows what else. Then all of us girls got upset. In the end, it just ended up being a real problem. I don't even know if they got the key back, but the problem is getting the key back. I don't remember all that happened, but it ended up being a sticky situation because she's controling. And this is off the net alone. This thread is for stories like that.
